Your staff gave me 3 different numbers on different days but none of them worked! You all kept giving me the SAME ACCESS CODE OVER AND OVER AGAIN. This is what I consider mental illness. Another issue I have with your company is the representatives have a difficult time explaining and I have a hard time understanding what they are saying! It’s definitely a language barrier with your company.

I was moved into a filthy apartment with broken appliances. The washer and dryer had enough dog hair to last forever. As well as the bathroom. Doors that are broken and don’t unlock with the app. I don’t want to be here, but unfortunately I signed a 14 month. I didn’t realize this place was old and outdated. My refrigerator has rusted screws. All I get is I am sorry from management.

Always know when pkg has arrived. It is safe in its own mail box and no one else can retrieve it, even if my schedule means I can’t get it for a day or 2. Luxer takes all the worry away.
