Really good selection of mirror cabinets at a sensible price, and the team kept us well informed on delivery timing.

Very happy with the mirror - it looks great in my small bathroom and has all the functionality you need: hands-free switching on the LEDs, demister and shaver socket.

There was a slight problem with the delivery as the driver couldn't find my address. I reported this to Customer Support at LightMirrors, and their agent, Joby, jumped in and sorted it out straight away, all the while keeping me informed by email. Delivery arrived safely the next day. Exemplary service - thanks Joby!

Avoid. The item was advertised as in stock. Then the first email arrived to say it would be delayed with a promised delivery date if March 10th. That made me wish I had taken notice of the bad reviews. On March 10th a second email arrived to say that it was now delayed until the end of March - which is way after my bathroom fitter have left. Really wish I had gone elsewhere. Now the battle to get the order cancelled so I can get a mirror from a reputable store.

I purchased two bathroom mirrors from Illuminated Mirrors. Although the dispatch was slightly delayed, I was kept informed about this throughout the process. I dealt with Joby, who did a great job monitoring the delivery with the courier and ensuring everything went smoothly.

The mirrors arrived a little later than expected, but they look fantastic and I’m really pleased with them. Overall, great customer service and a product that looks great in the bathroom.

The mirror is beautiful. The customer service From Joby was five star - only gave four on account of the mirror being late. Joby kept me updated and checked in throughout. Their communications were detailed and friendly and gave me the impression my order was important to them

After being told there was a weeks delay we said that concerned us, so Joby took that on board and sourced the mirror we wanted and got it despatched the next day on express delivery.
We received it the following day well packed and in excellet condition.
Joby kept us informed all the time and we certainly appreciated his attention and quick service.

It took some time to get the mirrors due to a manufacturing problem but eventually we received them and they look fantastic.
However I would like to say that the customer service given by JOBY was second to none and that is the reason I gave it 5stars.

I was disappointed with the continued delays in delivery of the mirror which went on for around a month when they were offering next day delivery on their website. The real plus was the excellent customer service I received from Joby Aguilera who kept me up to date with the situation , otherwise I would probably have cancelled the order

Mirror has been in use for 6 years since 2020. Sensor failed at that point and they sent me a replacement one with the 10 year warranty on the original purchase. Great comms and service. Recommended.

Light Mirrors went above and beyond to help with a mirror cabinet that had one of the mirror doors broken. They quickly sent a replacement and kept me in the loop of communication, so I was aware what was happening as I was travelling away during this period. In short, the replacement mirror door came, and it has been fixed onto the unit. Great quality unit, looks great and is easy to operate the lights with just a wave of your hand.

This is the second mirror we have purchased from Illuminated Mirrors and we can't fault the service. Delivery was delayed a little but Joby made sure he kept us informed every step of the way as he knew it was very important to us it arrived on time.

Great customer service. The company told me the delivery would be delayed from expected date due to a busy period, but the Customer Service person (Alelei) was really helpful in trying to get it speeded up and kept me updated throughout. High quality product and great value for money, but what really stood out was truly exceptional support from Joby, who not only helped with a couple of questions I had promptly, efficiently and in a friendly yet professional manner, but went above and beyond by then proactively checking if everything went ok and I was happy post-installation. It’s very rare to experience this level of customer service these days. Highly recommended.
