Mirror ordered 3 weeks ago, paid £235 so not exactly cheap. Told it would be dispatched within 14 days when we ordered it, still says “awaiting dispatch” on the order tracking. Zero proactive contact from the company, have chased with no response yet. I don’t mind waiting for something that looks good, but at least keep me informed if you’re not going to stick to your delivery date.

According to the Consumer rights act 2015 the default limit for delivery of an item is 30 days. I ordered a mirror on 16 July and was told it would be dispatched 3 August. I emailed 2 August to make sure it would be dispatched the next day and was told yes. On 3rd August I was told due to staffing it would be dispatched 4 August...then 5th August. It is now 17 August and no mirror, which seems to be a trend in the reviews here. I wish I had read the real ones before ordering. The website still says 2 weeks dispatch! I'm sick of the ' apologies you are frustrated' from customer service who don't actually do anything to prioritise your order as they didn't seem to know where it is in the queue, how many are priority before mine etc. Do NOT give a false dispatch date if you want customers to give good reviews. I emailed today requesting a refund, I'm not willing to wait anymore when I can order the same mirror next day delivery with another retailer at 1/3 the cost. Of course, I've had no reply and no doubt I will need to raise a dispute with my credit card. Avoid this retailer and their sister companies

Avoid - -delivery dates were basically made up. Ordered 2 mirrors on the 3rd May. Delivery delayed until the 12th May, then the 29th May. Eventually received 1 mirror on 3rd June. Other Mirror delayed until 20th July then further delayed until the end of October! At this point I gave up and asked for a refund which arrived 3 1/2 weeks later(after multiple emails asking where the refund was) - not the promised 7-10 working days

It took a frustrating long time to get the the point of ordering my bespoke product due to slow responses to emails, but fortunately once the product was ready for dispatch Joby was on the case and ensured that I got my delivery at a time and date that was convenient, she was very helpful and the mirror looks great!

I ordered a new bathroom mirror and initially it appeared that the delivery was delayed. I contacted the company and received a great response from Joby, who sorted out the delivery and kept in touch till the delivery happened and then kept in touch afterwards to check that all was ok. This is excellent customer service. I am really pleased with my mirror and am highly likely to purchase again due to the great product and really out of the ordinary customer service from Joby.

Very pleased with my gorgeous mirror. It’s just as it looks . Also very fast delivery and its progress was checked often. I appreciated the support of Jody Alguiera who kept in touch and had clearly understood my questions. I would definitely buy from this company again.

Had a delivery issue but the support team were apologetic and did everything in their power to resolve it- very willing to help and the mirror turned out great.

I’m really pleased with my new edgelit mirror from LightMirrors.co.uk. The quality is excellent, the lighting is clean and elegant, and it has made a big difference to the look and feel of the bathroom.

Excellent customer experience and product. Thank you, in particular, to Joby Aguilera who kept me up-to-date with the manufacture and delivery of a beautiful backlit mirror. The website was easy to navigate, with very competitive pricing and offers. I purchased a 700x500 rectangular mirror with shaver point for charging toothbrush. The back lighting is lovely and sets off tiles as well as providing good lighting for application of mascara close up! I don’t find the charger on/off switch easy - a bit awkward and stiff, but I leave the light on stand by for the motion sensor and also leave the charging point on stand by for ease of use. I do really like that they operate independently. Highly recommend the product and the company. Thank you!

I ordered a bespoke mirror from Light Mirrors. I was kept informed of the production and dispatch dates. Unfortunately it was damaged in transit (twice) but Joby went above and beyond to get it replaced on both occasions, keeping me informed at all times. Great service and very pleased with the mirror.

As with nearly every other review on here there was an ‘unexpected’ delay due to a rare technical error with my order. The mirror I ordered is however still available for Next Day Delivery on their website weeks later. Essentially this must be a sales tactic to hook people in as they know they wouldn’t get the orders if the 2-3 weeks leadtime was advertised. Very dishonest, I have asked to cancel and will order from a legitimate company who won’t delay my renovations.

We ordered a bespoke bathroom mirror cabinet.

The cabinet was delivered 6 weeks late. Because of the issues below, it still cannot be installed, so the total delay to our bathroom works is now more than 2 months.

When we inspected the cabinet after delivery, the clear glass shelves and the two aluminium side panels from the agreed final specification were not present.

The cabinet also has visible dark seams/gaps on the body. These gaps are not consistent: they appear and disappear along the cabinet, which makes the finish look unfinished and unprofessional. We were not told before production that this would be an expected visible feature of the bespoke cabinet.

We contacted them and asked them to resolve the issues. It took them around two weeks to respond, and they denied that the shelves and side panels were missing and said the visible seam was expected. No satisfactory remedy has been offered.

Very disappointing experience for a bespoke product. We are now seeking a refund.

I made a purchase with light mirrors unfortunately my order was delayed a week and then delayed again.
I emailed light mirrors as I desperately wanted my mirror and Joby responded to my email very quickly informing me that he would personally monitor the delivery within a couple of days I received my mirror and I could t be happier the mirror is lovely and the customer service I received from Joby was fantastic!!

The mirror was great, just as it looked on the website. The customer care was brilliant too - once ordered I was disappointed to receive an email saying delivery would be delayed. When I received a second email saying it would be further delayed, I contacted customer care. They were brilliant - In particular Joby, who then ensured my order was expedited and delivered as soon as possible. He even followed up with an email once I had received the mirror to make sure everything was ok. Great service!

Great experience with Light Mirrors.

There was a bit of confusion around the delivery date initially due to a technical issue, but Joby from customer support was excellent throughout. He kept me updated, proactively chased the order, and took ownership of the issue from start to finish.

The mirror arrived safely and looks fantastic. What stood out most was the level of customer service — it's increasingly rare to deal with someone who communicates clearly, follows through on their promises, and genuinely seems to care about the outcome.

Many thanks to Joby for all his help. A real credit to the company.

I have given this two stars because they have at least responded to emails which I appreciate. However, our order is a week late being dispatched which has been a massive pain for us. They weren't able to do anything to speed up delivery despite our appeals, citing staff outages over the last couple of weeks. I can sometimes wait when these things happen but it was time sensitive and we explained this, yet they couldn't do anything at all to help. I have asked what they can offer by way of compensation, so I will update!

UPDATE 09/06/2026: Their response below is incorrect, the order was NOT dispatched on 29th May. I was notified of a dispatch date of 5th June. Still no receipt of order to date. I have enquired about making a formal complaint with no response.

I would give the company 5/5 however the product was late. I contacted the famous Joby who immediately responded, gave me a new delivery date and kept me up to date every step of the way. I was really nervous having read some of the negative reviews however the customer service provided by Joby was excellent - thank you !

Ordered a bathroom mirror which was circular, and had a charging point, and there aren't too many of those around. It took longer than expected to despatch which impacted the fact we had bathroom fitters in. Then, when it was eventually despatched it arrived smashed, with clearly inadequate packing. It then took a further 2 weeks for the replacement to arrive but all good now having been fitted in the new bathroom. It looks great ! It has to be said that communication with the company was exceptional, and they kept me constantly updated, and were very apologetic throughout the process. Joby Aguilera in customer service was especially helpful, and it did feel that he and they were genuinely concerned. So we'll done for that. All done now and happy with the product.
