A complete scam, they take your money and there it ends. No acknowledgement of order, no communication other than a read receipt for an email sent cancelling and requesting a refund. The name on their PayPal account does not belong to their business, when I spoke to that business it was clear that they get a lot of calls for these crooks

SCAM COMPANY - AVOID!

I ordered a mirror several weeks ago. Money was taken from my account, but the order is 'processing'. Nobody answers emails or the phone and the voice mailbox is full. I've asked my credit card company to refund.

Suspect this is a fraudulent company. Exactly same experience as many below - ordered mirror w. next-day delivery, money left my acct, last I've heard from LightMirrors.co.uk. Have left phone messages, when possible (almost always get pre-recorded "This mailbox is full. Goodbye.") and several emails, but no reply, ever. Just managed miraculously to reach somebody at an alternate number I found, said she was working from home, was "just the Overflow Manager" and couldn't access order info. I asked for refund & she hung up on me. Definitely, absolutely avoid. Have formally reported as fraud/scam to my bank.

I placed an on-line order using my android upon payment stage the browser froze while refreshing the payment process was lost.

since I received no email confirmation of the order, I assumed the order didn't go through! therefore I placed another order.

I noticed two payments were taken out of my account so I chased it up by phone to customer services and specify mentioning It’s next day delivery so I don't want to end up with two mirrors, she confirmed the message will be marked URGENT, I also explained the situation followed by an email after ending the call with them. So I have written evidence.

The following day I had received a response stating the order couldn't be stopped in time, in order for them to arrange collection for refund I would have to pay £25 to insure breakage.

I don't understand how is that customer's problem the fact company failed to deliver information on time so the order doesn't leave the warehouse for next day delivery.

I sent them an email refusing to pay and saying it’s not my problem the information wasn't delivered on time.

Later on another email came through advising that they will be arranging date and time for collection. In my personal experience, I would avoid using such companies.

I would understand the circumstances if there wasn’t enough notice provided but it was discussed on phone and confirmed by email.

I am still awaiting for someone to call me. I have not heard anything back. It doesn't look like I will

ordered a mirror which stated next day delivery. been over a week since order, absolutely no contact. i emailed to ask where the order is, guess what, no reply since 2 days. AVOID this company.

Two Cube mirrors for our bathrooms. Excellent quality, the automatic anti mist function is a revelation. They look really good too. Quick delivery with really good packaging.

Like many others - Paid £600 - Mirror arrived - Bluetooth did not work. At my own expense, they wanted me to deinstall the mirror and send back and they would not contribute to the costs of doing this apart from arranging a pickup. They would send me a replacement part alternatively and I would need to find somebody to replace it at my own expense. The kept on sending me scripted emails which leads me to think this happens a lot. Very poor workmanship that us going to cost me at least £100 more - if you order it, and in the likely event something goes wrong (I would say a 1 in 10 chance based on these reviews), you will not get any joy. All I can say is AVOID, AVOID, AVOID as they do not check any of the extras is working before shipping and it will be up to you to cover extra costs involved to rectify. I will be taking this to small claims court to cover the cost of repair and reinstall once I have it fixed

I am an electrician of 25 years - I have installed a lot of mirrors over the years. The mirror I purchased from Lightmirrors is by far the best quality mirror I have installed.

After fully renovating our bathroom, we needed the "last touch". The round backlit bathroom mirror from Lightmorrors was the winner: elegant, high quality and with all the right features (without cheap gimmicks).
Fast delivery, good communication from the vendor, joy to install and use.
