This company advertise free postage but…
This company advertise free postage but when I ordered they added £42.00 which I accepted as I live in Northern Ireland. How ever they then cancelled my order they were very slow answering my emails I would not recommend them

After reviewing your order, I would like to clarify what happened. Your order was processed promptly and prepared for dispatch; however, at the point of booking the shipment, our courier informed us of a recently introduced restriction preventing delivery of items of that particular size and weight to your postcode in Northern Ireland. Unfortunately, this was not something we had been made aware of in advance, and it only became apparent at the dispatch stage.
We fully appreciate how frustrating this must have been, particularly after you had already accepted the additional delivery charge. As soon as we were notified, we contacted you to explain the situation and arrange a full refund. I am sorry if our response times did not meet expectations on this occasion—this is not the standard of service we aim to provide.
We are currently reviewing our delivery settings and courier options to prevent similar issues moving forward, especially for customers in Northern Ireland.
We genuinely value all feedback and take situations like this seriously as we continue to improve our service.

Very easy transaction. However, I did not see an opportunity to change my card payment method for paypal. The screen appeared to change to quickly. Otherwise, great service as always

What was satisfying for me was finding the fault and searching online for parts your company came during my search and came trumps. Delivery was good and only took a couple of days, your online info is brilliant, thankyou.

Well packaged
The order was packaged well, delivery was made inconvenient when I was told the order was out for delivery, then changed the next day to another delivery driver, I was not in a rush for the items.
