The part I needed was easy to find, with great drawings of the entire system which made it even easier to locate. The checkout was quick and simple to use. Supply and delivery second to none
Supply and delivery second to none. The only downside is lack of communication. They are online only which also means no telephone just email to contact them by. I had no confirmation of delivery and a note to say item was coming direct from supplier. I emailed to get confirmed delivery date (twice) and although they replied to say they’d get in touch with their supplier I never got any reply back. As a trusted company the lack of communication is very poor. The email reply time given can be anything up to 2 days which is pretty useless when you’re expecting a delivery.
Delivery did arrive on time but it was lucky someone was in to take delivery.
