Making my first order online took a bit of time, but got there eventually.

Disappointing
Ordered replacement glass for my stove top. First delivery was the wrong item. They waved the 80% return fee and did spend some time trying to help me order the correct one second time around. However, it’s now been delivered and whilst it fits, it’s still the wrong item.
The prices are generally good and the staff helpful. But the website just doesn’t provide enough detai to be sure you’re ordering the correct item. You have to be 100% sure of what you’re ordering.
