I have owned a Grillstream BBQ for a…
I have owned a Grillstream BBQ for a number of years without any issues. However due to my own negligence, I have found it necessary to replace the battery box of the lighting contol circuit due to corrosion. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a very swift response from James in the customer service department asking me for the exact model number of my BBQ. Having confirmed the exact model number I then received a further email from James informing me that the company would replace the part free of charge as a goodwill gesture. In less than a week I have received the part, and could not be more impressed with the professional and courteous way in which James dealt with my enquiry, I cannot recommend this company highly enough, for both their products and customer support. The helpful customer service gentleman James Paton. I had somehow broken off the pull handle on my son in law’s barbecue grill whilst house sitting. I rang customer service and they were able to send me a replacement one. Arrived within 5 days. Thank you so much for all your help.

Excellent Grillstream Gourmet 4-Pit BBQ – First-Class Customer Service
I purchased the Grillstream Gourmet 4-Pit BBQ in May 2024 and have used it regularly ever since. It is an absolutely amazing design and cooks all types of food to perfection. I have been extremely impressed with both the quality and performance of the BBQ.
After using it regularly throughout June, July and August 2026, during some exceptionally hot and sunny weather, I noticed that the LCD screen on the digital temperature control unit appeared to have been damaged by the heat and direct sunlight.
I searched everywhere for a replacement but was unable to find any spare parts for the unit. I therefore decided to contact the manufacturer, Leisuregrow, directly.
I received a response from their customer service team the very next day, asking me to send photographs of the unit. I did so, and today I received an email informing me that they will be sending me a brand-new LCD replacement unit, complete with a new battery pack, completely free of charge as a gesture of goodwill.
This is a company that not only produces fantastic, thoughtfully designed equipment, but also provides first-class customer service.
Leisuregrow has demonstrated that when you buy from a great company, they genuinely stand behind their products and provide the support and service that customers deserve.
Congratulations and thank you very much to Leisuregrow for the excellent support and customer service.
I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Grillstream and Leisuregrow to anyone looking for a high-quality BBQ backed up by outstanding customer service.

Such a great customer service…
Such a great customer service experience.
I bought my garden furniture locally some 5 years ago. Good quality and years of enjoyment so far.
Then , I noticed that a few fixings , nuts bolts , washers and the such like had come loose.
I contacted the company via e mail explaining my situation and sent a few pictures.
Within a day I had a reply , and without any cost or quibbling , they sent me a full set of fixings for my furniture that I’ve now used.
Bingo , a secure set of garden furniture again.

Ordered a corner sofa set from a retailer who sells the LG range but had a problem with clipping the sections together. Monaco Stone Large modular garden set
We went to a garden centre and viewed the quality of the furniture. We saw first hand how well made stylish and sturdy the furniture was. We then went home and viewed the website and we were spoilt for choice choosing the right garden furniture for our newly built gazebo. Luckily we found the perfect set for us in the sale too and placed our order. Once placed Leisuregrow were excellent with delivery updates even down to being able to arrange a suitable delivery date. Upon delivery we had a few issues namely one box being damaged and unfortunately the glass table top within this box was chipped. We also noticed a flawed on a cushion. We got on touch with Leisuregrow and the customer service was impeccable they sorted sending replacements and as a gesture of goodwill are sending some extras which I look forward to receiving in the next few days.
Overall I highly recommend using the company as the quality and customer service are the best !!!!!!!. Thank you 😊

The customer service I received from James at Lg furniture was exceptional. The weave on a small garden side table had broken, underneath the glass top and looked unsightly. The table was just out of guarantee, as a gesture of goodwill James kindly replaced the table for me. Excellent customer service.

Fantastic service from a really friendly and caring team
I purchased one of their table and dining sets a good few years ago now. Most of it is an excellent condition, but the weave on the tabletop is starting to break up a little although this is not really causing a problem as it is covered in glass, it’s just noticeable. I contacted LG and spoke with James about a replacement table, which of course we were happy to pay for. The service we received was exceptional, and although we didn’t come to a conclusion on this occasion, we will certainly look at their products again in the future.
Well done to James and his team who provided service way above and beyond expected and they were a pleasure to work with.
