I tried for several days to place an…
I tried for several days to place an order. Each time my order was rejected. I called and was told that the discount code I received would not work on sale items. I selected something that wasn’t on sale and it still didn’t work. Finally after days of trying to place the order I decided to omit the gift box thinking maybe this was what causing my issues. I discovered that this was the issue. I was finally able to place the order. I was not able to use the complimentary code I was given and I was not able to get the gift box I needed for the gift I was buying. I did send an email mail requesting a consideration of a gift box but got no reply. I haven’t gotten my order yet. I’m just hoping the order gets to me in good condition. I’m very frustrated with the entire ordeal. This has not been my experience in the past. Please do a better job of communicating with your customers when there’s an issue with the order so we understand how to fix the problem.

No everything was not ok
No everything was not ok, I never received my order and when I reached out to Kurt Geiger they said it was nothing they can do about it because they delivered to the address on the order. When I tried explaining to them that the address was incorrect and a mistake was made by my teenager they didn’t care, said I should file a police report. It was just bad customer service I basically lost out on my money and my bag because they refuse to act in good faith and refund the money. I didn’t even care about the bag anymore but at least send me back my money the bag was sent to a wrong address and now somebody else is enjoying the luxury of a free bag on my dime. Worst experience.

Ordering was made easy. I didn't receive the proper tracking information. I received the package without issue, however the tracking information is very important in case the product had been stolen. I'm also grateful for the return label if need be.

The website stated ny package would be…
The website stated ny package would be received within 5-7 days. It took 3 days just for it to ship.
This is a birthday gift for my Daughter.
I know I couldn't expect to get it on the 19th, which is her actual birthday, but she still haven't received it.
FedEx says it will be delivered tomorrow.
10 days is entirely too long of a wait time to me! And I shouldn't have to payam extra $15 just to get it in a reasonable amount of time! Very frustrated!
