Savings rates are good and I know my money is secure and well protected however I have often found the website a bit clunky and statements do not seem to come through as quickly as I recieve from my normal bank accounts or credit card companies. Now that the new website has been set up may maybe the admin procedures will be tightened up.

Kent Reliance have upped their game
Kent Reliance have upped their game. Pretty much instant transfers In and out of savings accounts using Faster Payments.
Now all they need to do is to set a reasonable daily transfer limit of a
£100,000.

Had problems depositing money from bank…
Had problems depositing money from bank to Kent Reliance, took the money and then returned it, stating there was a problem. Spoke to an agent today, very helpful, went thru exactly the same process with him and the money went thru. Worrying thing he couldn't understand what could have gone wrong.

Great website and, after a query, a very prompt response (same day). Just a little disappointed the T&Cs were changed, with regard to adding to ISAs, after migration to different online set-up hence one dropped star .... I would have only dropped half a star but wasn't given that option. :o)

Cumbersome IT Update and Poor Return for Long Standing Customers
Website change over has been so intrusive and prolonged as to damage my desire to save with you. You still can not open a new OSA online (Been months!!!). Also don't like the fact that long time customers get a lower interest rate than latest Issue ISAs and you have to keep transferring if you want best interest rates. Why not have just one rate-fair for all!!!

Changed rules for ISA midway through fix rate year, now locked in for 6 month with account I can't use. Staff in branch treat you like your interrupting their day.

Fixed Rate ISAs generally only allow deposits during an initial funding period, which is standard across much of the market. As part of our move to the new Online Services, we have updated our Fixed Rate ISA to follow this approach. You can continue to use another ISA with us if you wish to make further deposits.
We’re also sorry to hear about your experience in branch and will take your comments on board.
