A little confusing to open an account
I went to the login page and logged in but wanted to open a new savings account but couldn’t do it from this page.
I went into the Savings account page picked the account, logged in again and opened the account from there.

Abysmal experience during the changeover from the old log in system.
The new login procedure you implemented was a total disaster as far as I'm concerned. I didn't sign up to your bank to be transfered to another branch of your bank and then having to go through the whole password procedure again. WAS IT FOR YOUR PROFIT? This caused me stress wondering who I was really dealing with.
I Wouldn't even give you one star and your response to my concerns were abysmal.
When my bond matures I will be taking my business elsewhere.
