Kent Reliance has just introduced a new online platform, without any use guides or video’s to support its uses. This places the onus on users to raise issues via a new message system that is just a continuous stream of messages. So again users have to scroll through to find out information rather than it be separated into subjects. Poor customer.

Fraud Prevention System
Fraud Prevention System holding on to my £4500 stopping me from putting money in to my fixed rate ISA. It stated to ring 159 which I have done now for 3 days but no answer just a continous bleeping sound.
Matter now resolved and money moved, note it was the Fraud Security System who held things up and numerous calls to the Co-op

Mixed bag this time
The recent changes were a bit disruptive to us but we got there in the end.
Also the Easy Access a/c at 3.25% interest is way behind the game. Its a competitive market out there and you need to stay competitive to ensure loyal customers stay that way
