As with all other recent reviews, awful first purchasing experience. Placed my order (57317) on 6/7/22…had one email on 9/7/22 saying order is being packed….account dashboard also says being packed. 9 days since and the order is apparently still being packed. I have sent two emails asking for an explanation but had no reply. What kind of service and operation is this. Please just pack and send my order or I’ll expect a full refund and won’t ever become a customer in future. Not impressed so far. Hope to get a response….

Bought previously off them and never had a issue!
Placed order on the 16th of June 2022 and they took payment not received any kind of email confirmation etc.

Emailed them they said they would look into it week goes by nothing so emailed them again said they would send it out I should get it day after or the following received one of 3 products and that was it!

Poor customer service and won’t be ordering again!

Ordered £120+ worth of fragrances. Took over a week to be delivered and they had only sent one single bottle even though I ordered three different fragrances and was supposed to be getting 3x testers as free gifts based on the amount spent.

Customer service is poor and the responses you get when they do eventually reply are unsatisfactory and fail to answer any points you raise.

They don't use proper tracked delivery services and therefore can't actually track where your order has got to.

I emailed to give them another chance to re-send the missing items and provide a tracking link but they didn't respond.

Now that it's gone past the 6 business days (Which is ridiculous in 2022 for domestic deliveries) and they didn't reply to my request for this to be sorted out, I will be contacting Clearpay and my bank tomorrow to reverse the charges.

Stick to larger fragrance houses that understand how to run a business - This company doesn't understand consumer rights for online sales and is generally just unprofessional.

Update: After chasing they then informed me they had sent the order in two packages. Why not say this at the start it would have been much easier. For this reason I don’t believe this to be true at all. They also said it will arrive by 29th June…of course it didn’t. Chargeback it is then…shame, the one I did get smells decent.

Bought purfume on the 13th June, still waiting for my order it’s now 23rd June, I’ve sent multiple emails with no response, please do not order from this company it’s a scam, trust me.

I've ordered from this company before without any issue but my latest order has had the same issue as many others have stated. Not arrived. Link to customer service number doesn't work. Disappointed.

The parcel never arrived and we have been in contact. You have issued a refund but this was several weeks after you claimed to have sent the parcel. I am aware of what a “working day” is thank you, this is why I referenced how many “working” days it had been since my order in my original review. Clearly you have no idea what is going on and your admin needs to improve massively. You delete Facebook comments on your page, you do not reply to emails for several days, you can’t track parcels and your communication style is appalling. The fact that it’s taken you a month to reply to this review says it all

It is now 9 working days since I placed my order. Had no confirmation emails from them, website states “packing 3-6 working days”
Emailed them twice had one response which was completely unhelpful and stated that orders were taking 3-6 working days! I responded to their email straightaway and….radio silence!
They have amended my order today and issued a partial refund for one product but they still have over £110 of my money. At this point I don’t even want the perfumes….I just want my money back and I will order from Perfume Parlour as their customer service is impeccable.

I have not received my order like many others on here. I am from the UK and it has been a full 6 days witch is the time frame they give you as delivery this company clearly don't care about there customers no matter what they tell you they only care about the money I have purchased from many companies from the UK from clothes, shoes and perfume and have never had this happen to me before so I am a person that everyone reading this can trust when I tell you KEEP AWAY FROM KDJ! they are a scam from what I tell fro. My experience.

Similar to a lot of the reviews I received an email stated that my order has been packaged and I would receive it in 3-6 business days. I'm yet to receive an email with a tracking number.

I emailed the company and asked for a refund. They responded that there were some delays with payments. I've still not received any update on my packages.

I've sent another email asking for refund because I do not want anything from this company. This entire experience has been terrible and I'd rather have my money back. They've yet to issue me a refund. I wouldn't recommend this site to anyone

Placed order on 25th May, still yet to receive and have had no correspondence despite multiple emails and messages.

Appreciate everyone is busy, have never had an issue in the past. However we are now on the 12th working day and still no delivery.

Purchased over £140 with them since 12.May and as at today 7.June I have not yet received my Order.
And when you contact them, they never revert back.

"If you give reviews give honest one’s looking at the pros and cons. Staff at Kdj work really hard with limited resources and a lot of orders are made to order hence time restraints. Perhaps you should UP your game and BE BETTER! Poor customer service is POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. It is that simple! Sending wrong items, significant delayed dispatch time, which takes WEEKS, not answering queries via email on a CONSTANT BASIS with similar experiences from other customers SOUND LIKE NO ONE'S TAKING ACCOUNTABILITY from your company. What part of it DIDN'T YOU UNDERSTAND?

Yes, your employees (or the lack thereof) are human beings, but don't you think you need to TAKE RESPONSIBILITY as well as a company?
You. Are. In. The. BUSINESS.... you OWN a business! Take RESPONSIBILITY and ACCOUNTABILITY!!!

Tons of evidences from your customers through their reviews say that your company NEEDS to IMPROVE and people have TESTIFIED with the same complaints over and over again - POOR SERVICE!

We don't appreciate you blaming your customers if we follow you up on your mistakes over and over again! THAT'S NOT OUR JOB! Your job is to make all the transactions as smooth as possible, take responsibility and accountability if something goes wrong, but you don't blame your customers for your SCREW UPS! What kind of mentality is that????

- Demanding for good service in the first place now means your customers feel entitled now? That's A NICE THING TO SAY to your customers! WOW! We don't feel entitled, but customers have the right to receive good service! Plain and simple!

Let me tell you what having a sense of entitlement means: A business owner expecting good reviews for something they do not give in the first place. End of.

We pay for goods with our HARD-EARNED money, expecting for at least a good customer service, and we receive wrong items and takes a week or two to get them delivered. Not even an update, and customers have to drag their feet down to at least get an update. But NO, you feel that as a business owner, you have the right to keep your customers out of the loop, and customers have no right to ask what's going on with the payment we made. What kind of thinking is that??????

Not original aftershave, late delivery, 3ml samples get 10 sprays. Total scam if im being honest, I would never recommend or buy anything from here again. I feel robbed amd cheated. So lucky I only purchased a small number of samples...

No order was received on 16 -5-2022 and sent an email asking for delivery but no response.
Filled the form on the web on 18-05-2022 but again, silence...

Waiting for 10 working days now....and no replies on e-mails

Be careful buying from this company, I think they are taking orders but not sending them and not responding to phone calls or emails or direct messages. My order processed in April but has not been sent by May 5th and there is nobody responding at all.
They used to be good but I think they might have quietly gone bust. Either that or they have the world's worst customer service.

I ordered six perfumes worth £175 from this website. My order has not come in yet (order date 29/04/2022). I have emailed them numerous amount of times and still no reply

I’ll start this off by saying that i’ve shopped around a lot of dupes house; The Essence Vault, Arabian Perfume Oils, Perfume Parlour, Alexandria. Name them and i’ve likely purchased from them.

KDJ are hands down the best i’ve had the pleasure of smelling. My order was in 2 parts consisting of Elysium, Hacivat and Afternoon Swim extracts and they have no disappointed; and have clearly got Perfume Parlour beaten by a country mile in terms of longevity and scent closeness. This is even when comparing with the extracts from perfume parlour.

Now. The caveat. Whilst KDJ fragrances are the best in the business and the customer service I received once I managed to get hold of them was second to none. I had to do a lot of chasing until I eventually got in contact over facebook. We had a lovely conversion and I found the reason behind the delays.

I definitely think this is still an area that needs improvement however. I believe customers would feel more at ease when provided with tracking numbers; which in turn would decrease email traffic. I’m hoping this will be addressed as I really believe these guys are the epitome of dupe fragrances; and are very customer centred when you get through to them

Superb. Tried 3 Creed inspired fragrances. They were all so close to the originals that I’d have to say you simply couldnt tell them apart from the real deal. Last the same or longer. The only thing that puts me off is whether or not they are safe natural oils. Delivery was 7 working days. That needs addressing along with more info on safety etc.
