Placed an order #61470 for 4 items on the 28th Sept 2022, delivery was supposed to be 3 to 6 working days according to your website.

There’s been no delivery as I type. No replies to emails either.

How can u guys take money from customers and give misleading delivery advice? And ignore emails while holding on to someone’s money! If not for the positive reviews you have here, I’d think this is a scam. Now I wonder if the positive reviews are from your friends only.

You guys seem reluctant to respond/reply to complaints on here that relates to poor customer service/delivery, dodgy all the way!

By the way I sent an email to your official address over 24hrs ago without reply. As this is abnormal, what is to be done about it? You’ve been paid, you’re not replying emails, a customer doesn’t have his products, what now?

Made my first order from kdj for me and my wife, perfume and matching body oil. Well impressed how fast I received it. Few of my colleges already asking what perfume I have on, I can’t wait to try some more fragrances that kdj inspired is offering. I will definitely order again highly recommend to everyone to give them a try.

Very good products & delivery was well within the specified time, which was stated on their website. I ordered over 30 sample fragrances, & one 30ml bottle extrait. The scents are all very good, some I think are spot on, others are very close so you can't complain about that.

I've seen some poor reviews on here, but I have to honestly say that my findings with KDJ were very good. Ok, they might not be the very fastest in getting stuff processed, but I ordered on the 20th of Aug, & mine was packed on the 22nd, & arrived a couple of days later, so I think that's pretty good overall. I've ordered many goods on numerous occasions from amazon.co.uk, & they take longer. The goods were all well packed, & arrived safely/ intact.

Buy with confidence here, & take the trustpilot reviews on here as a few holiday hiccups. All is good so enjoy your frags from KDJ.

No offence what is the point of having contact us option and one never gets a reply, as placed an order over 10 days ago and still hasn't been received and email sent not been responded to.

I’ve ordered from KDJ Many times and the fragrance’s are always very good, there was a little glitch about five weeks ago , and I did need to chase up my order, they promptly replied, I received my order.
I’ve since made another order on 22nd august, packed on the Tuesday, received on the Saturday 27th August, I think that’s very good, bearing in mind there’s been a postal strike.
Plus the fragrance is lovely.
Despite some negative reviews it didn’t and wouldn’t put me off, love what this store has to offer.

They must be good in replicating fragrances but on delivery procedures they are awful, had an email on 12/08 saying the order has been dispatched and on 25/08 still nothing arrived, I've emailed them but without an answer and there's no contact number you can use to reach them.

Ordered coloured contacts, had issue with initial delivery but replied fast and replaced ASAP. Great customer service very happy with product 🫶🏼❤️

Loved it. I purchased two sample packs and a 50ml oud wood extrait bottle and everything has smelt amazing.

Order was delivered on time(2 days) and I received updates contrary to some reviews. Ordered Le Male and side by side with the original the scent profiles are scarily similar. Would recommend it for anyone wanting to stand out. I was scared at first after reading some of this reviews but it seems whatever problems they had have been resolved as my order was perfect. Definitely my favourite clone house after the next paycheck I hope to treat the family. Trying to spread some positivity amidst all this hate.

Just ordered two 100ml Ombré Nomade bottles was meant to give both as gifts but I loved it too much. 99% similar both in scent and longevity but I wouldn’t recommend applying more than 5 sprays because of its strength

This scent is amazing, recieved it as a gift a would 100% recommend it.

I have emailed 3 times and whatsapp'd chasing my order please can you follow this up. I have received no tracking details - website says 3-6 working days, this is day 8.

I love perfumes, it really is one of my great pleasures in life. In my head I wear Tom Ford, Louis Vitton, Creed, Maison Francis and the whole range of Jo Malone.

Now I really can. I started buying KDJ nearly two years ago now. Not once has a perfume disappointed.

I have bought testers, extract, oil. I really have tried everything and love them all.

KDJ provide testers of nearly all their scents for £3 where else can you get this and really try for a few days before you buy.

Customer service, second to none.

Honestly, try now you won't regret it.

Words cannot describe how amazing KDJ fragrances are. I have about 20 now (which frequently get stolen by my 2 adult daughters!) and, irrespective of which one I'm wearing, I get compliments from friends, family, colleagues and strangers. Longevity of all is amazing (literally lasts all day) and projection is fantastic. I just wish I could buy one of everything (but think I'm getting there!)

Free, fast delivery. Only ordered samples so far, of scents I have never tried the originals, so can't compare that way. Naxos, TF Noir Extreme and Halfeti Cedar have been lovely, so will probably order full bottles of them in the future.

Had 3 testers arrive yesterday. Took three working days to arrive, so no complaints. I tried Aventus, Baraonda and Ombre Leather, all three honestly exceeded my expectations as i had tried clones before but none on this level. Will definitely be back for more in future! … One thing i would say is that it would be helpful if we could track the status of our order. Confirmation that the order had been dispatched via email or text with tracking info, i along with other customers, i feel would be beneficial.

I placed an order and received a notification that the order was being processed but over a week and a half later still hadn't received my order. I thought this was strange as I have made numerous orders from KDJ previously and never had any issues.
I went to message on insta and realised that this and facebook pages had gone, which then worried me. I then read various reviews online saying that people were experiencing the same which didn't fill me with confidence and especially as I had never had any issues with them before.

I emailed the info address and was told they would look into it, and my order has arrived today.

I wanted to write a review to put minds at ease that they aren't scamming customers. There is definitely some sort of issue with orders/delivery time it seems, and I think the lack of communication, plus disappearance of social media has worried everyone.

As frustrating as this was, perfumes have turned up and as are as good as before.

My advice would be that KDJ might need to communicate a bit better, but wanted to let you all know that they are definitely not scamming, so if you chase you should eventually receive your order.

KDJ - pls improve communication, as i love your products.
