I love this company! The perfumes never disappoint. They arrived promptly and are well packaged. The 50% oil combination lasts a really long time and I have had people stopping me to ask what I’m wearing.

I’ve just received Kjd inspired infusion D’iris and I’m so disappointed. It’s smells nothing like Prada D’iris in fact it really doesn’t smell of anything at all

This Company used to be good but sadly, there has been a decline in the quality of the fragrances. I placed 2 orders recently, and both times the perfumes were weak and lasted no more than an hour.

WARNING - DO NOT BUY FROM KDJ. They twice sent me fragrances, on 2 separate occasions- one in 2024 and another in 2026, thats smell lasted on the skin for no more than 20 minutes. Both times they claimed the oil hadn't macerated properly. Why not check the product before sending it?

The terms of a 'Return' NOT A 'Refund' were to send the item back in a suitable box with bubble wrapping so they could inspect the item before deciding weather to send out a replacement, all at the cost of the consumer! If they knew items could be faulty, then they should conduct pre-sale checks. They'll jazz up their response to sound reputable, which is something they are not.

With all the time it would have took to buy suitable packaging to return the item and the cost involved, for them to probably dispute the return or issue, I threw the item away and put it down to a learning experience. I have been conned out if over £60 across 2 purchases.

I placed my first order with KDJ on 21 June 2026 and received an email confirming that my order was being processed. Since then, I have had no updates at all.
I understand the order was placed on a Sunday, but I expected at least a dispatch confirmation or tracking number in the following days. Unfortunately, nothing has been provided.
I have:

Sent an initial email asking for an update (no response)
Sent a follow-up email later in the week (no response)
Tried calling their mobile number multiple times (no answer)

Despite the complete lack of communication, I have already been charged £155.
At the time of writing, I still have no information about my order. This experience has been extremely disappointing and concerning.
I would strongly advise others to be cautious. I hope the company resolves this quickly by providing an update or issuing a refund.

Ordered the world according to arthur which I have purchased from penhaligons before and was very impressed with the product, a very good alternative for a fraction of the cost, will definitely be ordering again

I used to spend a fortune on fragrances, I was a right snob, still am to be honest. But why would I spent £180 on some Creed or Amouage when I can get exactly the same smell, and longevity for £34 ? Get the Oil based option and they last for many hours, stay on clothes for multiple washes.

It means I can buy 4/5 fragrances for the same price as 1

Highly recommend. To give you an idea my last order with KDJ was £350 I have brought 12 different 50ml Oil based Fragrances that will last me a couple of years. Tom Ford, Amouage, Orto Parisi, Parfum du Marley, Azzaro and more ! The amount of people that stop and ask me what I’m wearing is unbelievable

This was my second purchase, and I will buy again. The quality of KDJ’s perfumes are definitely top tier.

As a person that has been using Fragrance Oils since 1994, I have not set foot in a department store to smell any original scents. The majority of my purchases are blind buy's based on research and reading customer reviews.
Your site was recommended by a lady on YouTube, I had to give it a try to see what the fuss was all about and I must say the quality is on Par.
Love the smells that last a long time.

I've only bought one fragrance from them and it's been a poor experience overall.

I ordered the fragrance, a 50% concentration 30ml, £24.95 so not cheap but hopefully good. This was ordered the 26th March so coming up to the bank holidays.

I firstly messaged on their website, twice, before the maximum delivery time had passed, just to make sure there wasn't any problems with the order, neither got a response at all.

So, i waited until the 7th April to message again, this time via the WhatsApp option, to check why it wasn't delivered as this put it at 6 working days, their apparent maximum expected wait time for delivery, taking out the bank holidays. They responded this time.

They said that some materials were delayed coming through Dubai. I'd have thought that if the product showed as in stock and they took my money, they'd have already had the materials in, was this just an easy excuse that couldn't be confirmed or denied, not sure.

Coincidentally it was being made right that very moment, coincidental considering I messaged the same day they they were finally making it.

The following message stated that I'd receive it the next day by Royal mail, I didn't.

I messaged again after the final RM delivery for that day, they said it will be another 2 days later, apparently it needed another day's maceration.
Why did they think when they first responded on the Tuesday that it wouldn't need that maceration and promise me it would have been the following day only to delay it?

When i questioned this the usual excuse came that they don't work in the same department as those creating the scents and that was what they were told.

I finally got it 15 days after them taking my money.

The scent itself is okay. Good enough that i thought I'd test another 3 out for me and my wife.

I messaged on that same WhatsApp thread that they'd been very active on and willing to reply to, asking that due to the delays before could they provide any sort of discount. No reply at all to my two messages and it confirms they read it.

Best so far i m sure nobody beat Kdj inspired well done team❤️

I bought a small bottle for my husband as he loved the sample of creed he tried and I thought this might be worth a go. He’s a bit of a snob and normally uses some of my purchases as room spray… well, not this one! He couldn’t believe how alike this purchase was to Oud Zarian and it lasted ALL DAY. I followed it up with a 30ml bottle and he just loves it. I don’t usually bother with reviews but this really deserved one. I could not justify a purchase of £350 for the original and my friends think I actually bought a real bottle … lol. Not saying a thing. Try out a sample if you don’t believe me, you will know I’m telling the truth! 👏👏👏

Bought bottle of armani mania my signature scent from 2002 got discontinued in 2014

Le service client est insolent : ils envoient des produits défectueux, cassés et mal distribués, et ne font rien pour corriger la situation. Faites vos achats auprès d’une autre entreprise. De plus, ils remplacent discrètement les notes de parfum sans vous en informer.

Poor customer service poor packaging. No refunds if it arrives broken.
