I ordered 2 bottles of ladies perfume and after 2 weeks and numerous emails, I have received nothin. Every time they respond they just say they will look into it.
I am going to have to apply for my money back through my bank as they have not acknowledged that I have requested my money back. I have copies of emails for proof.

Awful customer service. Spent £57.00 on perfumes which I haven’t received then when tried to contact heard nothing from them so asked for a refund after 2 weeks. Still not heard anything and I’m very disappointed and not have to buy from elsewhere as I’ve run out!

The products are ok but everything else is dreadful. Products suddenly out of stock after you pay, “we should have stock in a few weeks” split deliveries, wrong items and every single order is very late and needs chasing. Replies to emails is slow, you have to ask for tracking numbers, which they seem to wait until the order finally arrives before emailing you, no dispatch emails with tracking info. You get a “you order is being packed” email, but they then take another week to actually send it out. Quality of the spray produced by the bottles is all over the place too. Some mist, some squirt. By far the most consistently frustrating company I’ve ever bought from and probably won’t order ever again. My current order was apparently packed 10 days ago, still nothing, but it’ll arrive at some point and will have only been posted the day before.

Ordered 14th April - nothing received. Emailed them on 25th and they replied to say they’ll look into it - not heard a thing - emailed again - still nothing. Wish I’d stuck with the essence vault now and would advise others too!

Terrible experience with KDJ. They sent the wrong bottle of fragrance. I returned it as organised. They say they posted it to me and that it had been delivered but nothing did and no card that it had been attempted and nothing delivered to neighbours on either side. They had the right address. I then asked for post details/proof of delivery and they started to replying and have since not replied to a single message asking for details. Basically ignoring me and refuse to reply. Beware this company. They are a scam if you need any help.

But, Boy ol Boy LET ME JUST SAY…. This is a phenomenal fragrance. REGAL/LUXURIOUS Modern and SEXY!!! I purchased 30ml… Bad idea! PURCHASING THE BIGGER BOTTLE! ASAP! I can’t quite put into words how this smells on and the vibe it gives off… ITS SO GOOOOOD!! Thank you KDJ INSPIRED! This is amazingly GREAT!

This is my third purchase I alway purchases 3 at a go and they send 3 samples. I usually buy the samples the next time round. Identical scents to the original + it last long even after washing my clothes.
Quick delivery, quick response time via email. I highly recommend

I ordered from kdj and then i read reviews and started to panic. I didn't need to as my items arrived today. 1 week after i ordered. I had emailed them a few times during the week and always got a quick reply. I am so happy as a first time customer and will definitely be ordering again. 😁😁😁

Bought 6x50ml 50% oil perfumes 5 of which were blind buys. Absolutely beautiful fragrances would definitely buy again. I ordered and received my order in 2 weeks all the way in nz which I am happy with because getting anything delivered here from overseas can take upto 6 weeks. Will definitely be buying more from kdj in the future. 🙂

This is just ridiculous.
Ordered at the end of January and still haven't received my order. I was Email them, and all what I get was the automatic reply, there was a "Call us" option but ,that was just an Email address which was not found.I did not receive order dispatch Email, I was received just the Email like they finished processing my order on 31 January. Ordered from them before and there was no problems till now. Really liked there take on the fragrance I've had but feel I will never order again if I don't get my what I ordered or my full refund. Today I sent again Email, but just automatic reply I received, they tell about recent Royal Mail strikes,but its not true, because from another sellers I receiving parcels, just from Kdj not...The phone number also doesn't work. There is my order number:Order #66554]
I want my items, or a full refund of £90.

I've spent hundreds of pounds with this company in the past. So far I've overlooked all of the minor problems. These included ridiculously long order processing and delivery times; appallingly long wait times before an email is replied to (sometimes they aren't even replied to at all); strange email replies that don't make sense (when emails are replied to); items missing from my orders; items cancelled from my orders because an item shown as in-stock on their website is in fact out-of-stock; sending completely the wrong item, and so on.

But today was the last straw. In my last order they sent the wrong perfume. I diligently sent them an email telling them which perfume I ordered and which one they wrongly sent me, and requesting that they send the perfume that I paid for. Their response was simply: "Both perfumes are the same."

That response has cost them my custom. I'm no longer going to buy anything from them. I recommend you don't buy from them either.

Really didn’t want to do this but I’ve no choice, I placed an order on the 3.1.23 for two items one being Gucci envy another million prive, got and email it’s been packed ready to go. So I waited I waited nothing no tracking. Week later saying I’ve got a refund for the Gucci envy but thought it had been packed and was on its way. So I emailed emailed 5/6 times finally got a reply saying I should have the million prive, but I haven’t no card through and I’ve checked all my neighbours all I know really well nothing and nothing to track.
My last email got no reply they think I’m trying to pull a fast one for a £22 perfume come on, decent clones I’ve had a few but the shipping is absolutely shocking sorry kdj you’ve lost a customer for £22 sort ya shipping services out!!!

Update*** their response to my review is basically blaming me for being upset with bad customer service, rather than apologising. Thank you for making my point so very clear.

The worst customer service i have ever experienced! I am beyond disappointed!

I ordered a perfume on the 4th december and received my order 3 weeks later and one of the items was wrong.

I repeatedly asked them when my correct item would be resent and after ignoring my question multiple times, they then insisted i send the wrong item back before they would send what i actually ordered… this would mean me travelling for 10mins to my local drop off point.

As a small business owner myself i would never!! Withold a customers item with the expectation that they return the item i sent by mistake. I would correct my mistake straight away because customer loyalty is more important than a £15 product!

I have contacted the bank for a refund.

I have spent £100’s and recommended you to multiple people, which i have now told about this situation, and this review has replaced my previous 5* review.

Hope it was worth it for £15

Ordered a few times from KDJ- actually shocked at the bad reviews! Never had an issue with any order, perfumes are fantastic quality and very comparative to the originals, good for testing the scent before buying a full bottle or if the original has poor lasting power because one thing about KDJ fragrances is they LAST and project (sometimes 2 sprays is plenty), postage is standard and free so I obviously don’t expect next day delivery - I would say allow about a week to receive your parcel in UK. My only gripe is the labels they use on the bottles feel tacky (although they don’t attract dirt or dust) they just feel a bit weird in the hand. Just off to place another order!

If I said anything abusive, please point it out, i am super confused right now. I surely master sarcasm, but abusive I don't think so. Also, are you abusing me by accusing me of "swearing" and deliberately chosing the word "abuse"? I find it abusive and insulting, character assassination.
It seems like you believe it's always customers' fault and the inablity to deliever what you promised on the frontpage of your website is perfectly normal. Among all the comments here and on google map, almost half of them are complaints about poor customer service. Maybe you do a very good job with your products and you're pround(which you should be), but the attitude, the no update until you write a comment on website thing aren't very pleasing. Especially, if your customer service can't offer any help regarding to order status, the least they could do is to not cut me off and end the convo with a "have a nice day" before i finish asking my questions.

I bought two perfumes 2 weeks ago and I still haven't received them. I was supposed to receive it in 3 working days. order number 63791. can anyone help me?

So this was the reply from kdj inspired 4 days ago and what a surprise, I've not heard anything from them since. They have been checking with Royal Mail since the 6th of November to see where the product they claim they mailed is. According to kdj inspired it takes 72 hours to hear back from Royal Mail??
All I know is that when you mail a parcel with Royal Mail they post a form through your door if you're not in on the day to let you know they've been. I've not had any form so can safely assume that kdj inspired have not mailed what I've paid for despite claiming in an email that they have.
I see from other comments that I'm not the only person that has been conned by this company and I once again encourage anyone reading this to never buy from them.
I have asked for a refund and their website promises 100% refunds, which is obviously another scam, and no surprise they've ignored that request too.
I paid them for a product on October 28th and according to them Royal Mail has lost it and they won't refund me my money.
This company is a scam and a shameful one that is only interested in conning people out of money at a time when every household is having to watch what they spend.
This reply was sent 96 hours ago and still no reply and like I say they were notified that I hadn't received the product I bought on the 6th of November so I'm confident they've had longer than the 72 hours they claim Royal Mail takes to respond.
Kdj Inspired is not a legit company and they do not refund money once they've conned people out of it so be warned.

This is probably the most untrue and unfounded review of all .. if your parcel has been delivered you would have been provided with a delivery number stating time and date of delivery. If you email us back and advise it has not been delivered our policy is to contact Royal Mail who then take 72 hours to investigate. If we resent automatically every parcel that “apparently” goes missing we would be out of business as most appear with neighbour or in a safe place.

I say publicly not one customer in our years of trading has been out of pocket or without the goods they ordered.

In terms of our contact options we use email because phone contact is costly and inefficient and would create a cost that we would have to add onto the goods which we do not want our customers to bare

In terms of our shop, all our details are online and feel free to visit us anytime Monday to Friday between 11-3. You will then see we are a real establishment with orders aplenty.

They have a button on their website that promises 100% money back and when you click it nothing happens. It doesn't take you to a page where you can ask for your money back and

I was a bit worried due to some reviews I've read on here however purchasing for the first time, all my orders came within 3 days of ordering. I hadn't received an e-mail as soon as I put the order through, however after contacting and requesting this, it came through within the day. I'm very surprised with the quick response and the fast delivery and would highly recommend this company to anyone. I have only tried the Kilian inspired love don't be shy and can honestly say it is amazing especially after having smelt the original. Thank you to KDJ for doing a brilliant job

I made an order nearly 2 weeks ago. I received no confirmation email from kdj inspired so I emailed them. It took them two days to reply and they told me they'd look into it - 2 weeks later, 5 emails later, nothing... No emails, no phone call, no emails, nothing. I'm about to ask the bank for my money back if they haven't replied to my emails by the end of business today but I have to say - I've been dealing with buying online for a decade and I've never come across such an ignorant and infuriating company to deal with, they're the most ignorant people I've ever come across. I used to order a few years ago and I never had an issue but after reading some of the other reviews I think that this company is under new management and they do not care one iota about their customers no matter how much money you spend. I'm very glad to see I'm not the only one who's noticed that something isn't right here. I think Trustpilot or one of these business watchdog companies needs to step in here because us customers pay - we don't get our products and kdj ignore our emails, it's looking like a con. I don't live too far from this store so I might take a drive because I want to see whoever runs this business, this is no way to treat your worst enemy let alone a customer who earns enough money to add £500 pm to his fragrance collection.

My recommendation to everyone here would be don't try to cut corners. You'll end up asking this company for your money back at some point whether it's because of the ignorance, the waiting or sometimes the product itself, I can guarantee you that 100%. Best off putting extra and buying the real thing. I'll update this review when I find out what's going on but if this isn't resolved by the end of today I'll be claiming my money back. I could have left a harsher review but I'll wait to see what their reasons for this ignorance is first.

Product I ordered (a perfume inspired by D&G Feminine….one that Dolce & Gabbana sadly disconnected 10 years ago) was absolutely perfect. Super fast delivery, great service and such an excellent product. Could not be happier
