Innitialy I was a bit irritated for the lack of communication (no updates on when , I guess this is something that can be improved)it turned out I didn't need to be as the item arrived promptly, smelling gorgeous. Will definitely be buying again

I think the fragrances smell amazing and the customer service is great. It seems like a small company but I think that’s why they still are able to provide such great customer service and quick postage. Have bought from them twice now and will continue to do so in the future!

I have been buying from KDJ for over 1 year and always got compliments about what I was wearing. In my most recent purchase it just didn’t smell the same. I contacted KDJ who instructed me to send it back. I did and received another in its place. Their customer care is 100%. They are a pleasure to deal with. nothing was a bother. On day number 9 and still no delivery . Customer service replied they would look into it and come back to me but didn’t so I chased again . Customer service came back to me to apologise for the delay and that everything was “made to order” but they anticipate delivery in the next few days ….

Amazing customer service, they could have not been more helpful and efficient. I’ve had many perfumes from them and they all smell EXACTLY like the branded ones and last so long on the skin.
I always get complimented when I wear these perfumes and I have recommended them to everyone

My order was not delivered in the time frame. Tried contacting by phone, and email. Phone went to voice mail. Email replied with a standard get back to you later reply. My order was delivered on the 21/10/23. Longer than advertised. But the smell is brilliant. Wish they had bigger bottles.

Fantastic products and great customer service. Everything I have bought from them has been of exceptional quality and I have to say the staff are extremely helpful when I have had any issues. The only real room for improvement would be quicker deliveries. Once an order is ready, you can wait up to 6 working days to receive the goods. If this could be changed to 2-3 days it would only improve the experience further. This is only minor however, and the quality of the perfume is more than worth the wait.

I've bought quite a few from KDJ.
Oils,EDP and Extrait of all the dupe companies I've used there fragrances are far better than all the others.
The only reason for not giving 5 stars is a couple recently have been noticeably off, the rage needs a little more expanding and the customer service quality fluctuates

I have ordered dupes from Essence Vault and Noted Aromas and I have to say that the quality and similarity to the original fragrances is far better with KDJ inspired. Order some testers, you won't be disappointed. 😁

Don't use this company customer care/service doesn't exist I bought a aftershave over 9 days ago and still not received it I sent 5 emails now and no reply so I will be claiming my money back from my bank

I used kdj in the past and service was ok but the last 2 times I had to email them in order to find out where my orders are. They are fast at replying to stock enquiries but when asked about delivery there is no reply. I will be contacting my bank and the ombudsman to file a complain and a claim for non delivery of goods

Still waiting three weeks after I placed my order, I have purchased numerous times and each time the customer service gets worse. My emails are being ignored now and no updates provided. Going to have to write to my bank to try and obtain a refund. Very disappointed.

Great company,great sprays and perfumes 100 percent recommend to use. Keep up the good work KDJ and team.

Glad I didn’t read the comments here before my purchase. I just received my Changing Constance extrait and i am really impressed with the quality and how similar it is to cc only more long lasting and projects better. I would dare to say it is better than the original (and I bought mine directly from penhaligons). Ordered on 3rd July and received it on 20 July just as promised. I will definitely order more.
