I can't comment on the quality of the products.

The website is easy to use, I made my order and received an email saying that my order had been processed. About a week later (by which time I should've received my order) I received another email telling me that what I had ordered was not in stock.

The refund was prompt, but I can't understand how an order can be processed and it not be evident at that stage that you can't fulfil the order.

I have never tried to use KDJ before and I don't think I'll try again.

Arrived in 2 days ordered savauge elixir smells amazing just like the original lasts forever, definitely re ordering in the near future 10/10

Always been happy with perfumes, but my last order hasn’t been received, emailed, messaged etc no response. Got something today saying it Xmas time we are busy. How long does it take to get a response…poor service

For me I think they are the best clone house in UK. The other fact is if you purchase the extrait versions of the perfumes, u get stronger, long lasting forms compared to the original. I get so much compliments that the original at times does not offer.

I believe the 10% of negative reviews about this company come from rival businesses or individuals incentivized by competitors to post bad feedback. I ordered a Kilian-inspired fragrance on 03/09/2024 and received it on 12/09/2024. Excluding weekends, that’s a 6-day turnaround, exactly as promised at checkout.

During the wait, I sent two emails to track my order, mostly to ease my skepticism after seeing some of the unfounded negativity about KDJ and their customer service. Both emails were answered within 12 hours, and I must say, the responses were polite and professional—not bad at all for a small, busy company!

I hope KDJ reads this and continues the excellent work. I'll definitely be a returning customer.

As for the fragrance, it's a solid 12/10! I own over 100 fragrances—from designer to niche brands—and the one I received from KDJ ranks among the best in terms of performance, sillage, and its likeness to the original scent. Highly impressed!

KDJ went deaf to my calls, they collected my money, and now I have no response from them.
the problem comes from KDJ who apparently forgot to send IOSS number.
They know that customs is waiting for this IOSS. but they don't move.
I think I've been nice enough so far, but that's going to change now.
KDJ I will be contacting my bank and the ombudsman to file a complain and a claim for non delivery of goods

If you're fed up with big brands like Dior etc reformulating good scents to the point they only last for 30 minutes then this is the company for you. I've wasted a small fortune on Chanel & Dior products and just as I was about to give up I found this company so took a chance on a few samples and WOW. Not only did all 3 samples smell exactly the same it was like stepping back in time 15 years because the longevity & projection is amazing. I almost forgot just how good and how strong the scents was back in the day but these samples brought it all back with 3 sprays filling a room instantly and lasting all day. That's the way it used to be and this company brings all that back.

The only negative reviews must be for postage and communication. I almost didn't try this company because of the reviews but my order came well packaged via royal mail tracked within 6 days. It took them 2 days to respond to my Email. But you know what. The price and products are the best on the market and from what I can gather they are UK based so they must be regulated and safe.

I dont know if it is the specific scent i was after - Aqua di Parma's Arancia di Capri - but their version was nothing at all like the original.

Worse, was that it also smelt very cheap, literally like cheap handwash.

I say this as - if it was a bit different or even a lot different but simply not smelling cheap i dont think would have left this review.

I ordered perfume inspired by: Babycat, Neroli Portofino and Changing Constance. All of them are just magnificent! I can only compare Changing Constance to the original as I've smelled it before - it's 100% the same, I'm amazed. It's actually better because I can smell it for wayyy longer than the original. The customer service is not especially helpful but there were no major issues with my order (I ordered to Estonia). I'm very happy with my purchase, I will consider buying from KDJ again, for sure.

Truly awful customer service and super slow delivery. Nearly 2 weeks I've been waiting for 4 x 5ml samples. ☹️

No delivery after nearly 2 weeks for a £10 order. Contacted, they said they would look into it.Had to contact again for an update, at that point they said they would have to contact their packing team that could take another 3 days. Such poor customer service. It's a shame as the fragrances are really nice.

Have been purchasing from KDJ for a while there products and packaging are really good however everytime I order my orders take ages to arrive they get split in to two orders and one half of an order never arrives takes ages to sort out with customer service currently awaiting for the other half of my order it's been 2 weeks now.

High quality perfumes. Orderd nine testers and all of them was good quality. They should work on the deliverytime for customers in EU. 21 days is to long deliverytime. But the fragrance is great.
Because of the long deliverytime i am not sure i will order again.

Great fragrances, they smell amazing and last a while. However, out of 4 orders I’ve had to chase 3 up as they hadn’t arrived in the expected timeframe. I paid extra for 3-6 days delivery for one, but it took 12 days and was only posted after a week, after I enquired as to why it hadn’t come. They didn’t refund my rush shipping fee either.

Seems to be a drop shipping business as customer service are very helpful but take multiple days to get answers to queries and generally only reply at nighttime. I’ve found other copy fragrance providers to be much quicker at delivering, and won’t be using KDJInspired again due to having to chase orders and wait for deliveries. I’m a little sad about this as their fragrances do smell very very good indeed.
