The first time i placed an order it came quick ... I am having trouble getting in touch with a customer service agent and finding out where is my pastle?? A week later all it says is completed.

Such a shame this company insists on letting its self down. The fragrances I’ve tried have been great, best copies I’ve encountered. However, the delivery gets worse every time I order. As does the customer service. I made an order on 30/3 and still haven’t received my order, even though I got a dispatch email 3/4. They don’t supply you with tracking either so no idea where it is. Emailed twice with no response and messaged WhatsApp where they replied they couldn’t/wouldn’t help. If I finally receive my order it’ll be the last I make sadly.

Edit- Now two weeks since I placed order and no delivery. Only on chasing my order did I get an email stating that one of the items hasn’t actually been sent even though I have a dispatch note saying it has. If I wasn’t trying to get an update on delivery I wouldn’t know this was an issue until I finally received the order and it wasn’t there.

The room diffuser is great and really smells lovely in the downstairs toilet, but the car smellies are really disappointing, they do not smell at all and are completely useless, do not buy one of these, they are not cheap and do not work

Bought 3 extrait perfumes, La nuit de lhomme, reflection man and layton.

instead of la nuit they send me l'homme,
after 1 email, they admit it was a error form their side and that they would send the right perfume without returning incorrect one. in 10 working days I recieved la nuit today.

I've ordered 6 samples from KDJ inspired: Oud Wood and Ombre Leather (both TF inspired), Aventus (Creed inspired), Halfeti (Penhaligans), Jazz Club (Replica) and Amber Oud (Rouge). I own the originals of all of them and have compared them side by side with one on each wrist and in each case the difference between the origianl and KDJ's inspired version is barely noticeable. The only main difference is that in most cases KDJ's version lasted longer. I'm now at the point where I'll buy KDJ's versions of all of them. Spending money on the originals is just not worth it anymore.

Strange operating procedures. I ordered Halfeti, Bitter Peach and Terrible Teddy. First two are great, absolutely fantastic BUT Terrible Teddy smells nothing like the real deal and my review on KDJ website was deleted. I decided to replace the one which I was not happy with and thats where the show begins. After two emails I beed told that I will receive return label. Silence for few days. After another email I was told that I need to send it and cover the costs (fine its overseas). I rang into confirm the address and I beed told that I have 14 from purchase to return the items! I RECEIVED THEM 14 DAYS AFTER PURCHASE!! WOW.

The truth is that they have very good perfumes but they have a big problem that many customers will lose, I have a collection from KDJ, when you place a large order you will miss a product, and to recover it is very difficult, it took me 40 days to recover my product, and since then I have stopped buying perfumes from KDJ, you should be more serious with customers like them who will put money in your pocket!

Great service. Ordered some samples and one was missing, when getting in touch they not only refunded me but sent the sample out a few days later anyway. 5 stars ✌️

Didn’t receive the perfume in time. Still haven’t received it !
I ordered within the delivery times as it was for a gift for someone , I messaged kdj several times to retrieve the tracking number and they just give different excuses every time when they finally decide to email back . Poor customer service and poor operation . I wish I had checked the reviews prior to ordering and had of ordered elsewhere is it looks like many other people have faced the same thing and the only positive reviews are fake.

Ordered 10 days ago and I am still waiting for the delivery. It was meant to be a birthday present which has now passed. Tried to contact via email, whatsapp, and phone. No response.
I Was initially excited to try the new dupes but may decide to stick with competition now.
You could at least acknowledge the email, doesn't take 1 minute to reply at least the customer knows that the issue is being addressed.
Now reading the other reviews and looks like Christmas is not an excuse anymore as we are at the end of January.

I received the dupe inspired to Initio- Psychedelic Love.
The perfume is very very similar to the original which I’m really impressed about.
I totally love it.
It feels quiet oily on the skin and it’s a very good sign of Its good quality.
It would have been definitely a 5 star review but I think the only thing need to be improved is the waiting time for the costumer queries.

A part from that, excellent product.

I made a big order and the full order was not delivered. I emailed four times and called twice but no response, did not even acknowledge my attempts to contact. They said they wanted 72 hours which was also given but still there was no response. Very unhappy with the service, I haven’t got a response and I’ve lost my money.

Shocking customer service, faulty spray, leaks everywhere. Informed and have to send back within 48 hours, they didn’t even reply within this time - will not be using again

I bought a few 3ml tester sizes and will definitely buy from here again. These are a great size for a decent wear of a fragrance, but not too costly if you don't like it. Surprised they were decent glass sprayer bottles for the size and though not all to my taste, the ones I know, smell very similar. Samples were delivered in two to three days and I will definitely use again and buy some larger bottles. I think the first time I noticed this company was on YouTube reviews by a reviewer called Fragrant Jock, and he gave some glowing reviews. I'm quite impressed so far.

Everything is spot on, amazing quality and great prices. Waiting on BR540, ombré nomade and Blazing Mr Sam. There hasn’t been a full bottle that I didn’t like!
I’m glad they offer testers on some lines too
Delivery process could be smoother but it was definitely worth the wait!
Glad to support a small family owned business!
Will be making plenty more purchases in the future

Seems as though I have had the same experience as others. Recently ordered a perfume dupe for christmas and have received absolutely nothing, Messaged multiple of their socials and nothing. But yet they have the audacity to email me and review their “amazing products” absolute shambles of a company.

I ordered a dupe for By the Fireplace by Replica and simply never received it. Since then I have emailed twice as their WhatsApp link isn’t working and have received no response. Won’t be buying anything from this website again

EDIT: i understand now this has been a delay due to covid etc and have updated my rating accordingly. When it did arrive, the perfume smelled *exactly* like the original and is actually nearly finished, i shall be trying out the tom Ford dupe next! One thing I still stand by is the customer service, perhaps if the whatsapp link is fixed and to have faster replies as it took weeks.
