most beautiful flower arrangement handwritten card makes it personal and delivered on time thank you very much

I gave this flower shop 4 stars because although the flower was beautiful and pretty close to the picture, the delivery time was one day late and there was no communication as to why it didn't get delivered on the day that I requested until I called customer service. Overall, I think I will order from this place again if I have recipients in the area.

I wanted to send flowers to a friend as a thank you for allowing us to stay with her recently. I was very pleased to see that she received them the very same day.
She sent along a picture of the arrangement, and she was very pleased at how fresh and fragrant they were.

The website is very user friendly. The inventory to chose from is very good. Customer service is excellent. I chose the wrong date for the flowers to be delivered. Did not realize the mistake until after I submitted the order. I sent the corrected date via customer service email. My sister-in-law sent me a thank you the next day for my brothers flowers. I was definitely impressed. I will use Just Flowers for the rest of my floral orders...Thank You!

The order process was seamless. They took my suggestion for "if they needed to substitute flowers, please add pink to the white arrangement". The arrangements was the perfect mix of mostly white with some soft touches of pink. The flowers were expedited to arrive at the funeral home for an early service. I will use them again.

Nice bouquet of flowers that was delivered on time to my mother and aunt. They both were pleased.

I placed an order for a dear friend today is her birthday I spent almost $100 on the order and I hadn't heard that she received them so I called just flowers and the rep said the florist that they contracted out didn't have staff and they could deliver it today so it will have to be tomorrow.... well tomorrow is not her birthday today is her birthday I expect the delivery to be sent today it is now almost 3:00 p.m. in the afternoon and she has not received her flowers I'm hoping she'll get them today and I'm hoping she'll receive what I ordered if not I will be requesting a refund ....if she does get what I ordered then I will write another review and changing the # of Stars .. and leave a better review

the flowers were beautiful and customer service was great..when JUST FLOWERS informed me that they couldn't deliver the flowers on the day that I had chosen, with their help I was able to pick another day...PROBLEM SOLVED! thank you JUST FLOWERS!

I ordered an arrangement on a Thursday for an overnight delivery to a funeral service on a Saturday. The arrangement NEVER arrived. When I called to inquire, I was given an apology and told they would deliver the arrangement the next day if I provided the address. The address was given, no delivery the next day OR Monday. They sent an email stating they were unable to deliver and would an apology from their company. NEVER TRUST THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE INCOMPETENT AND UNRELIABLE. They did not offer anything to compensate for their negligence. I wanted to honor my love one's family, and that did not happen thanks to this subpar flower company.

Flower ordering was simple and straightforward. They arrived on the day and time requested. Reviews from those who received them were very positive!

It was truly stunning and a standout from others I have ordered in the past and I would recommend a premium upgrade for this one. In the past, I’ve had a horrible time ordering flowers online for my MIL birthday. I saw others reviews and went with Just Flowers. Well, not only was the online ordering easy, they delivered on time for her birthday. She gushed with how beautiful the basket arrangement was, so colorful and pretty. I would highly recommend and plan on using them again for my important events!
