I needed a coffin spray, short notice...within 36 hours the most beautiful flowers were delivered. Just flowers is Very professional. I placed my complete order on line. I was sent a receipt and an invoice number. They reached out to me via text. Provided the invoice number. I called, and they confirmed every detail with me over the phone (except payment). Once they received verbal confirmation from me, they charged my card. Again, very professional. Many thanks!

They do not deserve even 1 star. First of all, they are misleading as they are a third-party vendor. They did not deliver flowers on delivery date; next day they couldn't confirm the flowers were not delivered as they could not reach the florist they used. They called the recipient of the flowers to ask if she received the flowers she didn't know were coming and she didn't. They want me to wait until their florist calls them back to refund the purchase????? They are the most backwards and unprofessional organization I have ever worked with. RUN from their website and find a real florist who is local!

Placed order from out of state and the recipients said the flowers " are stunning"

Flowers were delivered timely, fresh, and fragrant. The woman that received these flowers was as happy as could be.

While the agent I spoke with was not understanding that I attempted to order online I couldn't get it to give me the $10.00 discount. Anyway the delivery was on point and the plant was beautiful.

I ordered flowers for my daughter's 40th birthday. This was the first time I ordered from Just Flowers. Was pleasantly surprised the arrangement arrived in great condition and at the perfect time when daughter was there to receive it.

We would give this company negative stars if we could.
Ordered the Citrus Kiss Floral Arrangement for our DIL that had a miscarriage. We upgraded to the Premium largest bouquet which stated - "We'll add lots more! The premium arrangement makes quite a statement."
It was a complete embarrassment the arrangement they sent. Looked nothing like the advertised photo with only a few flowers. When calling Customer Service, they would not listen, completely overtalking and trying to pass it off the 3rd party vendor and their disclaimer that often they have to use substitution flower. Not only did they use substitutions, but failed to include over half of the flowers. They tried to appease by offering a $10 credit. Money doesn't suffice when it comes to family and dealing with an emotion situation such as a miscarriage. Do NOT use this company!!

J'ai commandé un bouquet de fleurs pour la fête des mères et le bouquet n'a jamais été livré. Après les avoir contacté, je n'ai reçu qu'une réponse prétendant que le bouquet avait été livré le lendemain de la fête des mères. Ensuite plus de réponses jusqu'à ce que je passe par MasterCard pour une rétro facturation qu'ils ont contesté. Et dans les CGV ils ont fait en sorte que même si ils n'ont pas livré le client, ils peuvent tout de même garder l'argent du client. Donc en gros je leurs ai donné 100$ pour le plaisir de ne pas recevoir de bouquet et faire des démarches pour récupérer mon argent que je ne reverrai jamais. Quelle belle fête des mères.

The flowers were easily ordered online and delivered to my friend who was in the hospital. She was delighted and sent me a pic --they were even more beautiful than I had hoped/imagined they would be!

The item was never delivered. Very surprising and unexpected, because many previous orders were delivered on time and in great condition.

Second time I used them to delivery sympathy flowers, and both occasions were disappointing! This last time, flowers were ordered and confirmed delivery last Friday, only to find out late in the day they ... "could not find flowers in the area to make and deliver that day but will be delivered the next day (confirmed by phone call)". Saturday at 5:42PM received e-mail that... "Due to a delay in delivery your order has been rescheduled and will be attempted on the next available day." If you do not mind getting flowers delivered late or super late and after the event (or even different product you paid for - 1st event/order), please give them a try. My recommendation is to find local florists for your next order..

I wasn't able to see the flowers but am grateful that Just Flowers was on top of things when the Celebration of Life date was changed. That meant that the flowers didn't arrive three days too early.

I am so disappointed with this company. I ordered online, paid all fees including "delivery fee" then the following day received a call asking for an additional
$15 for delivery costs? I refused to pay this and found it unethical as it was not explained online website that there may be extra fees! They claimed that in Dayton area, it may cost more? Meanwhile no delivery happened at all. I called next day and they said the driver's car broke down so my delivery would be the next day. WOW okay... Im still waiting.I don't think so. False advertisement at best!! If you run a company and received orders, then called your customers for extra monies, your company will not survive period! This should be illegal and anyone that orders from this company beware! Refuse this extra cost, as they have to legally submit to their promises on their website. For the company, write this "extra cost" in bold letters if this is legit and let your customers know upfront pls!!! Sorry you lost my business!!!

This company is a scam. The flowers I ordered were NOT at all like the picture on the website.
