I used the same flower delivery that I've tried before. I sent flowers to my friend who turned 97! She's in the hospital and besides her birthday, she's is there for antibiotics.
I wanted to cheer up her day and week. Just Flowers had gorgeous arrangements and I was happy with their service and choices and delivery times.

Ordered 2 bouquets and was very disappointed. The quality and quantity of flowers, the late delivery, the hassle going back and forth with phone calls and emails. No customer service skills when told about the problem. Only offered $5 discount. Never order from this place unless you want to be disappointed. Now I have to try and get my money back.

THIS IS A SCAM SCAM SCAM S Terrible. Big a am. They will overcharge you and then ask you for another $20.
Then not be able to deliver the fliers for someone reason. I ordered flowers on a Thursday they needed a Monday delivery time with an alokihy note. Told them to shine it Then I can h se my menu back in 5 days. My mother never hit her birthday flowers. F u you suck

BUYER BEWARE! Just Flowers is dishonest and unreliable. The flowers I ordered for Mother’s Day were never delivered. I contacted them twice and they promised they would be delivered but they were not. Supposedly they contacted the florist and was told they were delivered. Someone is a liar. I have had no further communication with them and I have not received a refund.

First time ordering flowers from you for my granddaughters first wedding anniversary. She sent me a picture of the bouquet it was absolutely gorgeous!! They were thrilled.. so thank you for the job well done.. I will be calling you in the future for all my orders in Boise.

Seems like I forgot to add my name to the plant I ordered for a recent celebration of life. The family was able to call Just Flowers and the staff was very helpful in getting the info for them. And the plant was beautiful and arrived on time as promised!

I had ordered flowers from another business and though they were already paid for that morning, that afternoon they sent an email saying they did not have the flower in stock. Since this was for a funeral, that left me in a bind. So I reached out to Just Flowers and they took care of it. They did replace the flower with a nice option so I was still pleased overall.

I was sent a receipt and an invoice number. They reached out to me via text. Provided the invoice number. I called, and they confirmed every detail with me over the phone (except payment).
