This was my first time ordering with JustFlowers. I found a funeral arrangement online, ordering it was easy. They called me within 15 minutes to verify where the arrangement was going, read back my message card and verified names. I couldn't have been happier with the service. When we arrived for service and I saw the piece I was blown away. It was just stunning.
I'll definitely keep JustFlowers in my back pocket!

I paid for 6 orange red roses 6 white lillies and you sent me 2 half dead peach roses with one lilly. 98.98 dollars for what carnations mostly? NEVER EVER AGAIN. You took my money and on top of that never delivered the same day or next day as specified on your website. It took 3 days with nothing but cheap things in the arrangement. This website is not worth your money or time.....nothing but a rip off scam

Got exactly what was ordered, after I paid i realized I submitted the wrong date, called and date was corrected instantly! Deliveries and customer service was above expectations!

The floral arrangement was beautiful and the recipient was delighted to receive them. The flowers were fresh.

I ordered a specific funeral flower basket for my good friend’s Dad’s service, and what arrived was absolutely terrible and completely inappropriate. Instead of the white basket I paid for, they sent a peach and white vase. While the colors were vaguely similar, it looked like a bright birthday arrangement, not solemn funeral flowers. I ordered purple and green flowers that had 2 yellow sunflowers and the arrangement received was yellow with a couple of purple flowers. My friend was very upset when these arrived for her Dad and now I feel utterly disrespectful.To make matters worse, customer service completely refused to help. Their policy states they do not issue refunds once an order has been delivered. This means they can send whatever cheap, incorrect item they want, and you are left completely stranded.They did offer me a $7.00 in the end which is quite honestly insulting and they read from a script the whole time so they basically didn’t care or they are used to complaints. Do not trust this company with important events.

Just flowers called me again after my review to offer me a $15.00 refund. The money is not the issue or the point of my review and they don’t seem to get it. They still read from a script and didn’t understand the upset this has caused my friend and I. No wonder there are bad reviews about them. They have no compassion and are all about the $, very disappointing.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with JustFlowers.com was extremely disappointing.

I ordered a flower arrangement for my wife’s birthday because the arrangement shown on the website featured her favorite colors and flowers. What was delivered looked nothing like the arrangement I ordered. The advertised arrangement contained beautiful pink Stargazer lilies, multiple red roses, and a vibrant pink and purple color palette. Instead, my wife received an arrangement with orange flowers, very few roses, lilies that still had not bloomed after four days, and several purple flowers that were already wilted shortly after delivery.

My biggest issue was never the dollar value of the flowers. It was about receiving the arrangement that was advertised. If the florist could not create the arrangement as pictured, I should have been contacted beforehand and given the option to approve substitutions or cancel the order. That never happened.

Customer service was equally frustrating. Over several days, I exchanged numerous emails, and every response focused on one thing—that the arrangement was “filled to value.” They completely ignored my repeated concern that the arrangement did not resemble what was advertised. Their solution was to gradually increase a partial refund offer from $10 to $15 and finally $20, rather than fully addressing the issue. It felt like no one was actually listening.

I even agreed to return the flowers to the florist in an effort to resolve the matter fairly, but the company still refused to provide a full refund or take responsibility for the significant difference between what was advertised and what was delivered.

This experience left me feeling unheard and undervalued as a customer. Unfortunately, I have lost confidence in JustFlowers.com and will not be purchasing from them again. I have also deleted my account.

I hope the company improves its customer service and, more importantly, ensures that customers receive arrangements that reasonably match the products advertised on its website.

It's always hard to order something based on a picture. I was very happy to see the actual result was just as beautiful. And it seemed true to the size I was expecting. Thank you very much!

The flowers were delivered to my sister prior to her birthday as requested and they were absolutely beautiful.

It was easy to Order online and the handwritten note was spot on from the florist. Appreciated that touch. The only complaint is that I did not see anywhere that listed estimates on the size of the arrangement. Sometimes you want to go big and the pictures of the item are just reference and don’t tell you how large the vase is, to base your buying experience off of.

My order (which was time-sensitive due to being for a funeral) was never delivered even after multiple phone calls. Two days after the flowers were originally supposed to be delivered, I received a phone call demanding $22.50 extra and was told by one customer service member it was due to the local florist charging more for delivery due to it being a rural area only to later be told by another member the florist charged more for the arrangement itself than they anticipated. I was never warned that the charge could vary prior to placing the order... only after the anticipated delivery date was that thrown on me last minute. After being charged more money and promised it would be delivered the next day,it was not. After 5 days, extra fees, and no flowers to be seen I finally canceled the order....waiting for a refund now.

You delivered the flowers on time for my family loss of my daughter -in -law father. I thank you for being so wonderful. I will certainly order flowers from your business.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY They are a complete disaster. I paid an express fee to have my flowers delivered the next day. Well that never happened. They delivered in two days. When I asked for a refund on the express payment, they had the nerve to offer me $5.00. I paid $20.00. I am not happy. Stay away. Customer service is awful.

I ordered flowers for my grandson who lost his grandfather. It was suppose to be same day delivery but took 4 days. After a phone call for an additional $15 which i refused and they said they would cover. The flowers that were ordered were tulips with a medium size teddy bear. Ge received carnations with a small brown bear. No resolve in dozens of calls and emails. I am done talking. I sent all my info to my credit card company and did a dispute. TERRIBLE SERVICE AND TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, SHAME ON YOU

I needed flowers in a hurry and Just Flowers did a great job.

Worst experience I've had with a florist company. I express ordered 2 dozen large roses to my wife's job on our anniversary so that they would arrive before 1pm. Not only did the flowers not arrive before 1pm they did not arrive at all on our anniversary. They arrived the next day after 1pm. Not only late but they changed the roses to Lilly's without asking or informing me of the change. After all of this they only gave me 15$ back. I will NEVER do business with this company again. 7/8/2026

The flower arrangement that receiver got was beautiful and it arrived when it was supposed to, but the receiver sent me a photo of it, and no where did I see the”two pink roses I had added to the arrangement! It had red roses, lilies, and white flowers but no pink what happened? I added the pink ones but the flowers that came had a different vase then one in the image that I ordered,

My order was scheduled to be delivered on Monday for a funeral, Tuesday afternoon (1 hour before viewing) I was told they couldn’t complete my order in time & wanted to charge me additional delivery fee to have it delivered before the funeral on Wednesday. I said don’t bother & asked for a refund, they said they couldn’t do that. So disappointing. Customer service horrible. I don’t recommend using them.
