Your company went above and beyond my expectations and did something that I never thought you would do after I sent a reply to your first e-mail asking for a $15.00 penalty on my first delivery... Now that we are all squared away on the outcome of my issue concerning that first delivery I will support your company and give positive feedback based on you dfoing the professional thing and taking care of that extra fee... In the future I will know it up front and will have no problem paying it in order to get flowers delivered to my Sweetheart...

Flowers is a statement of support and love. My daughter had surgery in Mo at Cox Hospital. I ordered the flowers and thought I was being proactive to obtain the hospital address. I sent the beautiful flowers and the heartfelt note. I waited all morning to hear from her and the call did not come. I received a phone call from a customer service representative with a strange question. I laughed and answered the question. The customer rep seemed satisfied and we disconnected. I received another phone call within 1/2 hour of the first call. This question was stranger still. What is your relationship to this person? I did not laugh this time as I understood the flowers were delivered to the wrong address and delivered to the wrong person. The representative than informed me of the issue and how it would be resolved. Same day, 6 hours later I received a phone call from a very satisfied daughter. The flowers are amazing and each person who enters the room describes the arrangement as beautiful. Thank you!

Don't order from justflowers.com. Flowers were never delivered, and customer service wouldn't help me. Offered me a $10 credit for future order for $130 flowers that were never delivered. Buy local direct from a local florist.

I ordered from Flanders (Belgium) to send flowers to a place in Canada. Everything went as expected!

Flowers were beautiful, and delivered exactly as ordered. My sister-in-law loved them.

Did not receive arrangement as pictured. They argue I have to specify if I want as pictured. They argued over and over blaming me for not understanding their policy. RUN! Do not order from them!!!!!! Horrible time trying to resolve. Keep getting run around. The customer service are very slick. Shame on them!!!

Had a last minute request Sat morning for funeral event next day...was delivered same day.

I ordered an arrangement as a thank you gift. The selections and price options were exceptional and made it easy to send just the right flowers to my recipient. Online ordering was easy, florist followed up and let me know when flowers were delivered.

The individual assisting me was very professional and listened to my request. The order I placed was delivered on time and was so beautiful.

I ordered the Spring Fling bouquet for our 93-year-old aunt's birthday. While we did not see the actual bouquet, we received a call from her to tell us how beautiful the flowers are. She said that it was one of the prettiest bouquets she has ever received. She would not have gushed over it if it weren't true...she's very honest. I would order from Just Flowers again.

Do not order from here. The flowers I ordered was not delivered and they kept insisting that it was.

Ordered flowers for same day delivery in the morning and they never got there. Next day is Sunday they said they’re closed so it would have no be Monday and no refund.

The ordering process wasn't without its issues but eventually worked out well and the delivery was very efficient but the arrangement which was upgraded seemed to be upgraded with lower cost flowers, it is unlikely that I would use this florist again.

The price for the flowers were reasonable and the ordering process simple.

The flowers got to my girlfriend and she loved them.
