My experience with JustFlowers.com has been so bad it's mind boggling. I wanted to send flowers to my sister, she is in hospice care with only days left, so I wanted to give her something to maybe make her smile. I called what I thought was a local florist because I wanted to ask for special instructions. I asked the girl on the phone if "this was the actual florist shop in town or a call center" she said it was the flower shop not once but 3 times. Straight up lied! Of course I didn't find out until I got my receipt at the end. But I thought okay, I at least made my special request. My sister received her flowers later that day, so I asked my nephew to send me a picture, I wanted to make sure it was what I ordered. Well let me tell you it was not even close!!! It was small, basic, it was supposed to have some butterflies, bright colors and a balloon. The only thing I can say, out of everything I thought she was getting, it did have flowers. Ugly but flowers. I spent $105 and I could have gotten a better arrangement at the grocery store. When I contacted them they offered to credit the balloon and $15 for my inconvenience. What a joke! So beware when dealing with this company because they also told me that pictures on their website is just examples. They don't guarantee that you get what you order. What a bunch of scammers!! If I could have reviewed them with minus stars I would have. I just read your response to my review and how dare you use my recipients name. You have violated privacy issues and I suggest you take down or edit your response immediately!

My order was never delivered. Then I had to wait another day so the could confirm it was never delivered. I had blow the bday surprise cause I was never told it was not delivered by just flowers. I had to go thou 2 ppl when they finally listened to me and cancelled my order that was already a day late and was not a bday surprise anymore! Thanks for nothing! Worst experience ever!

The worst flower company in the world couldn't even deliver any flowers anytime plus they wouldn't answer the phone for a funeral I had to call the second party who is in charge and she argued with me the whole time she would not refund my money I called my credit card and cancel payment do not go to this company for anything

The basket, the flowers and the arrangement were beautiful. They were delivered to the care facility on a Saturday, but never taken to the residences room where I found them in the lobby the next day. May wanna instruct the delivery person to make sure someone is aware that they’re delivered to a specific resident and room number. Had I not visited her from out of state those flowers probably would’ve sat in the lobby and she never would’ve gotten them.

App was easy to use. Flower bouquets are always beautiful.

Picking out a bouquet was easy, there were a lot of options. Including a short personal msg option was good. I received a notice of delivery, which was great. Normally that would be it, however, the flowers never made it to the recipient. Just Flowers went above & beyond, researched & discovered recipient, in fact, did not receive the delivery. They duplicated the original order & delivered to recipient, who was happy to receive.

Vždy byla kytice perfektní, taková jak byla na fotografii v nabídce. Termín dodání byl vždy dodržen, i když objednávka byla uskutečněna krátce před požadovaným termínem. Naprostá spokojenost.

The point deduction was because I ordered a tall vase of flowers from Just Flowers, and was confused by a photo delivery confirmation from Doordash depicting a bag from Edible with unknown contents. Apparently there were some kind of flowers in the bag, but I still don’t know what was sent.

I live 700 miles away from my hometown. My mom's 92nd birthday was this past Wednesday. Your online service was perfect, the local florist there did a great job, flowers arrived just when stated, they were beautiful and made her day.

Most disgraceful company I've ever bought from. I ordered flowers for my partner's first day at college (orange lilies to match the college logo) and I receive an email the day AFTER they were suppose to arrive telling me the flowers weren't available (despite the fact I filtered their flowers by zip code before I bought them). Their alternative? PINK ROSES - nothing like what I ordered. When I demanded a different bouquet and compensation (for the incorrect bouquet and late delivery), they told me they had nothing else available, so I requested a refund. Given as I am based in the UK, I told them I could not call them due to the fees, so my partner (in the USA) had to do so. They repeatedly asked to call me instead despite us explaining the situation, and STILL sent me emails asking if I wanted the pink roses. They then refused to release the refund to anyone other than me, so I had to email to give my partner permission to request the refund. Even then, my partner had to say FOUR TIMES we did not want the roses, and even the manager we were forwarded to tried to sell us the roses we said we DIDN'T want ALREADY, and we had to explain why, AGAIN. Today I finally receive a refund - AND IT'S THE WRONG AMOUNT. The bouquet cost me £50.81 and I received £50.66. Honestly, I'm owed compensation for the appalling service. This company is terrible and scammers. Disgusting.
