I ordered birthday flowers from Justflowers.com on 7/19 order #10508704. Charge $105.22- paid. Delivery date 8/1/26. Today they reached out and said delivery wanted $35 more. I even paid that and now they could still not deliver nor give me a date. These flowers are for birthday party tomorrow 9/2. The support was of no help. No supervision available to escalate. Terrible customer support.

THEY DELIVER THE FLOWERS ON TIME. THEY CALLED ABOUT CHANGING MY ORDER. THE ROSES WERE BEAUTFUL. I SAW THEM. ONLY PROBLEM SHE DIDNT GET THE CARD ON WHO THEY CAME FROM. THANKS AGAIN.

The flower arrangements are not always exactly like they post but they turn out beautiful. I think the arrangements depend on how small or large your purchase is, the flowers always come out great regardless. I recommend sending flowers, it brightens your day!

The team at just flowers works overtime to make the impossible happen in some cases. Like delivering to the remote corners of the USA. Just flowers makes sure your message is delivered, with care and punctuality.

Ordering online was not as easy as usual. The actual delivered arrangement was not as nice as the advertised example.

Process was fast and very easy. The flowers ordered were exactly as represented online and delivered on time. Someone followed up to make sure everything went as planned.

The plant I ordered arrived ahead of time and it was very pretty. I was very pleased with it. Thank you

One’s taking order for flowers were very kind and helpful and didn’t mind answering questions.
Delivery was as expected with one taking order said it could be delivered Sunday or Monday. No complaints from me and recipients said flowers were beautiful.

What an absolute mess from beginning to end.

First, JustFlowers apparently coordinated my birthday delivery through a grocery store. The grocery store then called me—the recipient—thinking I was the sender to tell me they couldn’t fulfill the order. So much for the birthday surprise!

Apparently, JustFlowers did not provide the florist with the sender’s information, which created even more confusion.

I ultimately received flowers the day after my birthday, and I will give credit where it is due: the local florist who eventually fulfilled the order did an absolutely beautiful job. The flowers were gorgeous, and I left them a separate positive review.

Unfortunately, the card that arrived with the flowers didn’t say who they were from. I called the local florist directly, but they couldn’t tell me either because they hadn’t been given the sender’s information. All they could give me was the name of JustFlowers, the company that coordinated the order.

The only reason I eventually figured out who sent them was because the sender emailed me separately about the problems they had trying to get flowers delivered. Once they mentioned JustFlowers, I was finally able to put it all together.

So, yes, I eventually received gorgeous flowers—but they were late, the surprise was ruined, and I had no idea who had sent them. The local florist deserves five stars for the arrangement. JustFlowers does not.

I absolutely would not order through this company.

The worst! Don't fall for it! Ordered a fresh flowers arrangement for my daughter's Birthday. Paid the additional fee for delivery before 1pm as she would be in the office until 5pm. At 2p, she STILL had not received anything. I called and was told that they didn't have the arrangement ordered, but they could "SUB" it for something similar or better, and deliver it before 5pm. My daughter got a delivery 2hrs later of some PLASTIC FLOWERS in a DOLLAR GENERAL BAG, delivered by a DOORDASH driver!!! You cant even make this stuff up!!! The flowers were still with the ticket $1.50!!! UNBELIEVABLE! The card we added to the original order was delivered via text, by the doordash driver!!

Very poor substitutions, what should have been an elegant birthday present ending up being a hideous arrangement : I ordered peonies as they are the recipient's favorite flower - no mention in website they were not available. What I got was white hydrangeas with a massive pink rose stuck in the middle making it look like an oversized daisy!

Management was extremely helpful, acting quickly, assisting to resolve an unforseen issue concerning one of the vendors, with notable care and professionalism. It saved me time and money... Thank you again! Btw, my sister is still raving about her beautiful flowers... and that means everything to me.

My order was processed timely and delivered timely. It was a gift so I did not see the actual arrangement. However, the recipient was very pleased. Thank you.

The same-day service was amazing. And the bouquet was exactly as described and gorgeous. I highly recommend this service.

Borderline SCAM artists.

I ordered flowers/balloons for my nieces 40 th birthday party. Five days later they still have not
arrived. Not only that— they said the arrangement I paid for would no longer include the
balloons and vase that came with it. And even after misrepresenting what I was buying, (half of
what I ordered) They wouldn’t reduce the $87.00 price. I tried to cancel and they refused
(Again—its five days later and no attempt for delivery was made)

Dealing with customer service was like dealing with street hustlers trying to pick your pocket. If
you want your special occasion to be “special” DO NOT use justflowers.com

Firstly the prices were great, and the product options were plenty! I liked the search functions on yhe website to easily allow me to narrow down my search. Not the mention the bouquet was much larger and more beautiful than I could have imagined for the price! My friend was in tears over her get well boquet!

Easy to order. Easy to see my order on your website as I decided which arrangement would be best for the occassion.

The flowers were beautiful as described. My order although was incorrect, they made sure it was corrected in a manner of time. I appreciate the quickness of my return call. Great experience

If I could give it a “0” I would. Put an order in for a special occasion a week prior than we needed our flowers. Never received them the day before the event as scheduled so they said they would be there the next morning. Morning came and gone, event came and gone. NEVER received our flowers. So long story short, DO KOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!
