I did not have the funeral information yet for the delivery and they went above and beyond with customer service and called for me. I was really amazed.

My mother was so excited to receive this bouquet for her birthday. She said they were the most beautiful floral arrangement she has ever seen and was shocked how fresh and full the bouquet was when received. It was truly stunning and a standout from others I have ordered in the past and I would recommend a premium upgrade for this one. I am very pleased with my experience and would definitely order again!

In the past, I’ve had a horrible time ordering flowers online for my MIL birthday. I saw others reviews and went with Just Flowers. Well, not only was the online ordering easy, they delivered on time for her birthday. She gushed with how beautiful the basket arrangement was, so colorful and pretty. I would highly recommend and plan on using them again for my important events!

My experience with JustFlowers.com was the worst customer service experience I have ever had.

I ordered a special topiary plant for my mother-in-law’s 80th birthday. She loves plants, and I wanted to send her a meaningful gift from Florida to Kentucky. I placed the order on Wednesday for delivery on Friday, her actual birthday.

On Friday morning, I called to confirm the delivery and was told they had no driver available to deliver the order that day. This completely ruined the birthday surprise. As compensation, they offered me only $15 and promised delivery on Saturday instead.

Unfortunately, Saturday was no better. When I called again, I was told they still had nobody available to make the delivery. At that point, I had no choice but to cancel the order.

Not only did they miss the original delivery date, but they also failed to deliver on the rescheduled date. To make matters worse, I was left on hold for approximately 35 minutes waiting to speak with a supervisor, and no supervisor ever came to the phone.

This company ruined a very special occasion that can never be repeated. An 80th birthday is a milestone, and their lack of reliability and poor customer service turned what should have been a joyful surprise into a frustrating disappointment.

I canceled the order and was informed that my refund will take up to seven days to return to my account.

I will never use JustFlowers.com again, and I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for dependable service for an important occasion.

My daughter loved the flowers. She sent a picture and they were just what I'd hoped they would be.

Same day delivery was on time! The arrangement was beautiful and the price was reasonable!

I Ordered a Live Floral Arrangement. It never was delivered. I questioned they keep saying 5 dollars discount for future. The customer service is in a foreign country; the agents are recorded to the same recited speech. JUSTFLOWERS INC is not to be trusted.

Ordered arrangement for Mother’s Day. It was received 3 days late. The biggest problem I had was the arrangement was nothing like we ordered. Not even the color. It look like they took the scraps left over to make the arrangement. I paid $112 in total. They offered a $5.00 refund. I will never order from them again. Wanted others to know what they were getting into especially if it’s a busy flower day

I am from the uk and wanted some special flowers for my auntie in Colorado to celebrate her 90th Birthday… my aunt was over the moon with the beautiful flowers and balloon … the service and emails was excellent x fabulous service and would definitely use again x

I sent the flowers to a friend who just list her brother. The flowers were delivered the day that was chosen.
She called me to tell me that the flowers were beautiful. She was very happy with them.

My husband ordered anniversary flowers. Never in my 68 years have I seen something so horrible. Dead roses and wilting roses. . roadside weeds as fill. the card was cut out from orange computer paper by a 5 years old. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. PS MISSING BALLON.
