had an absolutely brilliant experience with Johnsons Garden Buildings at Woodcote. From the moment I arrived, I felt well looked after. A special mention has to go to John Farren, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect.

John was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and professional. He took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for, explained all the options clearly, and gave me great advice without ever being pushy. His attention to detail and genuine care made the whole process smooth and enjoyable.

The quality of the garden buildings is second to none, and with John’s guidance I’m confident I made the right choice. I left feeling completely reassured and excited about my purchase.

If you’re considering a garden building, I can’t recommend the Woodcote branch highly enough – and if you’re lucky enough to deal with John Farren, you’ll be in excellent hands.

All just great. From the purchasing through to the installation, all went seamlessly. Zac in sales was very helpful and Graeme, Joe and Aiden did a great job of building. Would recommend them highly.

With the ups & downs planing the hole of the garden, Michelle &Henry stepped up to the plate. With all the phone calls made we got there.

We bought our New Pavilion from your Whitstable (Kent) branch and found the service excellent. The team who erected the building worked so hard and the finished product looks excellent.

Dominic and Matt were very friendly and polite. The garden room was built on time and we are really pleased with it.

Megan was a great help, she gave us good advise and was very friendly😊

I've just been messed around from the beginning.
They boast about 2 day installation - mine took 4 days with 3 different builders telling me different things - if ANYTHING about the bloody aftercare of my building.

The builders live in Ashford so they want to rush home without taking the care to explain the next steps. I've read the reviews and thought to myself I'll give them the benefit of the doubt. I wish I'd gone elsewhere, and with only 12month warranty I think what's the point of all this agg.

I've had to chase and chase to get some kind of response, 3 weeks later my electrics will be installed after chasing and chasing. 3 weeks later someone is going to take a look at the issues I've raised, but most of the I've sorted myself which I shouldn't do because I've paid 12k for this building.

For basic things like builders not having enough screws to screw in the door frame flush, and the other builders not being left the right tools and materials to complete the job - are you taking the mick?? I refuse to put my own damn screws in, I'm not spending anymore money on this that's your job to fix not mine.

It is ongoing, who knows how long it'll take and I wouldn't be surprised if they turned around and said to me that my warranty isn't valid to get out of everything.

In essence it was an easy decision to chose Johnsons
as their product stood out from others we looked at.
Very substantial in terms of its construction and build quality too. The team at Polhill Garden Centre inc Saul and Cliff plus Vicky and Amy in the main office were always a pleasure to deal with and very helpful, plus a mention also to the construction guys who worked like Trojans to do the job within the 2 day time frame. Very impressed with how it came together as they said it would from ordering to delivery and the actual build, Thank you.

The installation team, Graeme, Joe & Aidan, were friendly, polite and efficient. The work was completed quickly and no mess was left behind. Max, the sales representative was friendly and professional, helping us choose the right cabin for us.

Nice and easy ordering Jenny explain everything before hand, head office kept us informed .
Summer house turned up on due date, Matt B and Dom S did the construction all very neat and tidy after the first day on second day summer house finished , explained how windows and door locks worked, finished tidying up the last few pieces leaving our garden clean and tidy.

From initial enquiry to completion, everyone has been extremely helpful.
At enquiry, no hard sell or pressure, site survey swift, booking in and work at our property exactly as promised.

Polite, friendly and tidy fitters (Aaron Weller & Jack Webb) who completed the build in one day. Also the sales and after sales support has been very good.

Great Customer Service!
All members of the Johnson team and their partnering companies were great. Very polite, professional and accommodating to ensure the install went as smooth as possible. Especially the installation team both Matt B and Tom F were very hardworking and just left them to their own devices and they just got on with it.

Lewis and Dom were polite and professional and did a great job of installing our garden building. Would definitely recommend them to anyone in future.

Lee and Kadan worked hard to build my garden office. They updated me on progress and took into account my requirements during the build to ensure that everything was built where it should be. I was impressed by how quickly the office was built and am very happy with the results! Thanks all.

From placing the order with Jonny for my garden room to Ally and Adam building my cabin, I was impressed the professionalism and attention to detail from everyone I was in contact with, at Johnsons Leisure.

We have a awkward shape and size garden and Martin James of Johnstone Maidstone branch came out to survey and although he could not supply a garden building due to our garden shape and requirements, he went out of his way to help , that means a great deal. 5 * thanks Steve and Jean sittingbourne

We have placed an order for the Garda, garden room, we have been impressed by the quality of the product and the excellent customer service we have received so far, Kurt from the Eastbourne branch has been extremely helpful carrying out the initial and secondary survey, answering all our questions, giving really helpful advice making the whole process very smooth. Great communication and a very professional service, we are excited to see the room installed and feel confident we picked the right company. Very happy so far.
