I am really disappointed with JD Williams and the customer service around payment arrangements and the producing of statements and dates. I have queried if statements can be produced at the end or beginning of a month however I am told no. Is this so that more late fees can be added for those of us whom are unable to pay until the last day of the month. I will be paying my statement off in full and no longer be a customer however you have millions so like other companies you won’t care. Customers beware that’s all

Worst shopping site known to human kind. Refunds take longer than space travel. I could have lived my whole life and claimed pension before they gave my money back. Are they waiting for inflation to destroy my money before sending it back to me? Furthermore, they just randomly cancel your order for no reason like 2 days later. Absolute shambles.

Cancelled my order for no reason. Didn't email me to explain why. Haven't refunded me yet either.

Sent me someone else’s order (a QVC order) which included a packing slips with another customers address, membership number etc. when I called they said they don’t send replacements and that I would have to reorder. They suggested they would refund only after incorrect item was collected, however after insisting they agreed to refund same day. First time ordering, terrible experience and a casual GDPR breach. Avoid!

Update: It’s been 3 days since I was told I would receive confirmation that my refund has been processed, I have not received anything. I chased yesterday and was told it would be processed then (so it wasn’t processed Wednesday like I was originally told!). I was also told I’d receive an email confirming it had been done. It’s the next day, no email. I will chase again tomorrow. I’ve had no reply to my email chase. And no update on this being escalated to management. This company is a joke.

Finally update - finally fully refunded a week later. They originally only refunded half of my order. I had to call again this week to chase the rest of the refund and had the rudest advisor. You have to chase them religiously! Be relentless if you have an issue.

Stocked item ironically is not in stock once they take my money, so my order was cancelled, now i must contact my bank to get my funds back, the live chat was like talking to AI, absolutely ridiculous.

Shocking company, ordered an item 4 days ago, went to track it as due tomorrow and it’s been cancelled due to no stock although they were still available to buy yesterday evening. No notification and now told two weeks for a refund!

Absolutely disgusted with my latest experience. I ordered a mattress on the 1st May and was told delivery would be through arrow XL. They finally messaged me with delivery day options so I opted for the 21st May. While at work on the 19th I get a call from the delivery driver saying he would be at my home in 45 mins - I told him I wasn’t home and had organised delivery for the 21st. They resent me a delivery slot and the earliest they would rearrange for was today 26th May. I received the delivery text last night confirming delivery for the 26th so had a company come and collect my old mattress first thing this morning ready. Once it got to half past 6 I rang JD Williams to see where my mattress was to be told it was damaged on the 19th and the order was cancelled on the 20th without notice. I would love to know why I received a confirmation text message last? So this now leaves me with no mattress until they resend it out which could be delivered up to the 11th June?! And of course no managers available to speak to. Absolutely disgusting, avoid at all costs!!!

Easy and straight forward

Payments very easy and convienient, good choice of goods and good communication.

I've been a customer of JD Williams for decades, I recently attempted to log into my account and was met with an "Access Denied" page. I called customer service line to investigate, I was dismissed by an overseas call centre agent who informed me that my account had been permanently closed due to a period of inactivity. My account was deactivated without any prior notice, warning, or communication from JD Williams. Because of how this closure has been processed on their servers, they have blacklisted my home internet connection. I am completely locked out of accessing their website! I have emailed them with a formal complaint!

Absolutely terrible experience. The item arrived weeks and weeks late and when it did, it arrived completely damaged ( the armchair and the box it came in ). I am now being asked to organise for the armchair to be returned in order to get a refund. I have advised the box it was sent to me in is not in a fit state to send back and therefore requested to be provided with a box to send the armchair in, otherwise, why should I have to go out of my way to buy a new box to return this item in? Horrific experience altogether.

I have just spent an hour trying to find a product advertised on TV by JD Williams. Why are they allowed to do this if the dress seemingly doesn't exist. I would have liked to become a customer but have no confidence in them now.

Ordered an item, it didn’t fit and was not very nice, they now charge delivery, but if item doesn5 fit and needs returning one still has to pay postage, not acceptable. Will definitely not beordering again, or accepting emails .

Would advise that delivery date is not correct was assured by 4 agents and on the confirmation email my order would be here within 5 working days at the latest I have chased up every day to be promised the same thing, I placed an order Sunday for a hot tub and was assured it would be here on Friday, it is now Friday and have now been told it will not arrive until Monday, however nobody will be here to collect it and I have booked the day off today to ensure I’m here to sign for it

Easy to pay instructions were easy to follow

Jetwash was never delivered.
Jd williams got my address wrong.
They then would not deliver to correct address. They then would not refund the £269 back to my card.
Jet wash was ordered 18th April 2026. And 6 weeks later they still have my money.. beware they don't deliver ..beware they take your money and don't refund. if I don't get a refund after next week 7th week then I have then got to claim money back via master card.
This is a nightmare company who have a history of deliveries going missing...beware don't use this company.

Dreadful delivery gone missing no one cares

I placed an order for a kitchen appliance online. I was given an order date which was a ten days after I made the order. A couple of days before my expected delivery date I had received an email saying that there was high demand for this product that I had ordered and it would be delayed. Just over a week later I was asked to arrange another delivery date which I had made. Three days after I arranged this delivery I received another email saying that the demand is high for this product and I won’t be receiving it on the arranged date and they would be in touch to arrange another delivery date.
If I had to wait for over six weeks from the time I ordered this product I would be asking myself do I actually need it.
