Exactly what I ordered, good value

I was charged £24 delivery on a £500 order despite the statement that "deliveries are free on orders over £300". This statement is misleading and false.

Delivery was made successfully this morning. I’ve left very satisfied feedback on your feedback system but wanted to write further to say how fantastic your service has been.

From a seamless online purchase process, to prompt delivery and most importantly really responsive customer service when I had a problem my end with delivery, you guys have been fantastic. And to top it all off, your delivery driver was proactive, friendly and helpful, an excellent representative of both your company and your delivery contractor. A throughly positive experience. Thank you.

Price was best online and delivery 2 days. All good could not improve experience

Good prices and delivery time, however delivery was dumped side of the house blocked the gate (dropped of Thursday without any warning, estimated day Friday) - then acknowledgement of the delivery came on Monday. Apart from that it was good, condition of products good too.

I am happy with the exceptional customer service and the quality of the plasterboard. I would definitely recommend this company to others.

I received my products in perfect condition and on time as promised. My order included mineral wool insulation, and I appreciated the company's clear communication following my purchase. All items are of high quality, and I would gladly use their services again.

Pretty poor service. Placed an order online with a lead time of 3 - 5 working days. order was acknowledged then heard nothing more. Contacted then by email and phone on day 5 and was told they would look into it and call me back. Heard nothing by day 6 so rang again and was told the same. Again have heard nothing from them. Just had a call from a third party seller saying they will deliver in 2 days time. When asked why the delivery was so late they said the order had only been placed the day before (day 5) by Insulation4less. They still have not contacted me themselves to let me know. Communication is so important but it seems that customer service is not a priority for them.

I bought some items on Wednesday the 9th and I should received the items in 3-5 days. After sending an email asking when the items would be delivered I was told some item were out of stock and I'll received them on the 18th (that would be 7 days after the order). The 18th came and nothing was delivered, I've email back the company on Friday 18th around 12pm and had no reply, no items were delivered and I had no message saying the order was late.
Today after I had to chase them again they said the lory can't access the property and they will have to charge me £60 + VAT otherwise the other will be late a few more days. I had a few deliveries from this company before and no issues about accessing the property, feel like they are using the opportunity to charge more money when I have no other option. The builder is waiting for those materials and it's already delaying the program on site. Will never buy from this company again and I strongly recommend you don't do if you don't want to have any delays on site.

Was not delivered on the promised day during checkout, but the next week instead. A couple of pieces arrived broken. Was transported in the rain and completely wet when it arrived.

AFTER REPLY:
As the items arrived late we did not have the luxury of time to go through your lengthy damage goods process. It already cost us more for installation on a different day. The way you guys transported this it is clear that any other items would probably have arrived damaged and wet too. And probably late again. Don't promise a date on your website if you can't honour it due to 'transport issues'. We all know that is just an excuse. You probably had no intention of meeting those dates anyway. You didn't respond to some of my emails either.

Order was placed, delivery date agreed and delivery made as agreed. What more could I ask for.

Had what I needed, delivery rapid. Notifications of delivery prompt, Driver helpful and courteous

Avoid this company!!!! Waste of time and money

Update 2: "our accounts department issued the remaining refund straight away". Email sent
Sep 24, 2024, 5:46 PM advising of error. Email from Paypal Oct 1, 2024, 9:37 AM "Your refund of £60.00 GBP from Insulation4Less Ltd Your refund is on the way! Available in your card by 3 October 2024", received. This sums up the transparency and quality of service - 4 working days is not 'immediately.

Update: the refund amount, provided days later and after much chasing was short by approximately £60 - easy to spot as Paypal shows original payment and what was refunded, so hard to believe this was a genuine mistake - it's not like it was part of an order being delivered, it was the whole order.

A company worth avoiding! The day before my order was due for delivery, received a text message, email, and phone call all within a minute of one another; the caller claimed they couldn't get the Celotex insulation I ordered, but they could substitute another of similar performance - I had to make a decision urgently otherwise it wouldn't go out on time. I didn't order Celotex, but I had ordered Mannok. I specifically asked about the fire performance of E, to which the caller confirmed it was the same. I refused to give an immediate answer, and insisted on reading the data sheet of the substitute product first (which they had sent in the email). Within less than a minute, I noted the fire class was worse than what I ordered, so I tried to call back. There are no direct dial numbers for people, so I spoke to a generic person who spoke privately to the previous caller - and then reported she had already spoken to me. I had to insist on either speaking directly or they could cancel the order. Five minutes later I had a call back from the original caller, and received a slightly patronising and entirely unconvincing story about how they are sort of the same and one is hard to get further north. Needless to say, order cancelled.
