Excellent service
Excellent service, took just over a week to arrive but I was in no hurry. Had to change delivery address which was no hassle which Fiza sorted for me.
Cheaper than building merchants who wanted around £100 per pir sheet but these supplied it for £40.
Would recommend.

Useless didn't have the boards I wanted and then try and add £200 delivery charges. Don't buy off these.

We're sorry that we were unable to fulfil your order as expected.
Your order was placed on Saturday, 18 July, when our office was closed for the weekend. On Monday, we contacted four different delivery depots, all of which attempted to arrange delivery to your address in Wales using their existing fleets. Unfortunately, none were able to deliver to your location without using a specialist courier. The lowest quotation we received was £165 + VAT.
On 22 July, we contacted you to explain the situation and offered you the choice of either paying the additional courier cost or receiving a full refund. We fully understand that you did not wish to pay the extra delivery charge, and we processed your refund as requested.
Our website does state that "An exact delivery charge will be calculated at checkout based on your order and location. Delivery may be unavailable or may incur additional charges in some remote areas of Scotland and Wales."
We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused. We always do our best to find the most cost-effective delivery solution, but in this instance we were unfortunately unable to secure a standard delivery service to your location.
Impeccable service and competitive prices
I have never used this company before. The service is outstanding, the communication from Siobhan is impeccable ( within minutes) and the delivery promptly. The material and the prices are very competitive. I don’t know what else to say, just a massive thank you.

I get a generic email saying they are liasing with the delivery company on my behalf
To be honest im tired of the excuses they've thrown my project timescales out completely.
A I customer service is next to useless.
As is there ability to be contactable.
Asked for directors details to complain got nothing.

We are sorry that the exchange process caused further frustration and affected your project timescales.
To clarify, the damage was reported on 25 June, and our Customer Services team arranged a replacement within one working day. Three separate exchange attempts were subsequently organised with the supplying depot. Unfortunately, none could be completed successfully.
For the second exchange, the revised instructions you provided were passed directly to the depot. The depot advised that the driver attended after the requested time, but the damaged board was not available at the agreed collection point. As the replacement was being processed as an exchange, the depot required the damaged board to be collected at the same time.
We also acknowledge your concern regarding the SOPREMA-branded boards. These were not an unrelated substitute. SOPREMA acquired a majority stake in Celotex, and the Celotex product range has since been rebranded under the SOPREMA name.
Throughout the matter, our team responded to your emails, followed up with the depot and kept you informed of the information provided to us. While our usual policy requires damaged goods to be returned before a refund is issued, we made an exception and provided a full refund for the damaged board without requiring its return.
We regret that the exchange attempts were unsuccessful and that the matter took longer to resolve than expected. However, our team remained actively involved throughout and ultimately resolved the issue by issuing a full goodwill refund.

Not happy
Not happy, they charge you a delivery price when you order, then they try to charge more for this service after you have paid! They send email messages stating the product is out of stock, they are able to get it but you must pay more for delivery! Not a reputable company to deal with. Now trying to get my refund (only ordered last night). Happy to provide our order number as proof we have ordered so Trust Pilot don't remove this review.
reply to your response. If some of the items incur an extra charge for delivery this should be charged at checkout, not added as an extra cost afterwards. It wasn't £7.50 we were going to be charged it was £15.00, so where this figure was pulled from god only knows. Where are these extra charges stated on the website or checkout? Wherever it is it is not clearly displayed and is obviously a random amount that not even your company can decide upon. In regards to delivery we have large delivery lorries coming up and down our road all day - its a normal size road and can be accessed with no issues at all. Also - what about the stock issues? There are other customers stating you dont have stock of some of your core products, are you just a 'broker' that farms out enquiries to local suppliers? These local suppliers then decide to charge more for delivery depending on whether they want to deliver to you or not? It seems odd that you dont keep in stock your core products (insulation sheets). What do you do to the poor people looking for a quick delivery?

There has been, and continues to be, a shortage of PIR insulation across the industry over the last number of weeks. We have depots located throughout the UK that stock a range of brands including Celotex, Ecotherm, Recticel and IKO. However, stock availability can vary depending on location and postcode.
Once an order is placed, we check stock at your nearest depot and surrounding depots for stock and brand.
On this occasion, you ordered Recticel, but due to stock availability we offered Celotex as an alternative, which was the PIR stock available at our depots. We contacted you within 24 hours of receiving your order, and you confirmed that you were happy to proceed with the alternative brand.
The delivery charge on your order was £7.50 plus VAT. As previously advised, this was due to the expanding foam filler being supplied directly from the supplier. This charge is also outlined within the delivery information on the product listing.
We sent your order details to three different depots, all of which advised that their delivery vehicles would be unable to access your property. Having also reviewed the location on Google Maps, it appears that cars are parked on both sides of the road, making access difficult for larger delivery vehicles.
I appreciate that this is not the outcome you were hoping for, and I am sorry for any inconvenience caused. Please be assured that we did everything we could to facilitate your order. Your refund was processed within 24 hours of the cancellation on our end.

A terrible company avoid at all cost. Took my money then a week later tell me that the item that is in stock on their website is not in stock but I can pay an additional £100 to get the same order.
Clearly Free delivery does not mean free delivery.

We are sorry that we were unable to fulfil your order as expected.
Following your order, our purchasing team identified an additional delivery charge due to your location that had not been included in the original quotation. Rather than simply passing on the full increase, we attempted to reduce the impact by offering to absorb part of the additional cost ourselves.
We also explored alternative sourcing options to see if we could supply the same products without the extra delivery charge, however unfortunately no suitable alternative was available.
We appreciate that this was not the outcome you were hoping for and understand your frustration. As the revised cost was not acceptable, the order was not progressed further.
We continually review our internal processes and delivery charges to prevent situations like this from occurring in the future.

At the time I ordered there was a PIR shortage and imminent price increase due to an oil price spike. Emmet ensured I could lock in the pre-increase price and kept me informed about delivery as there was an understandable delay but I wasn't in a huge hurry for it to arrive.

Went well
After reading some of the low star reviews about delivery i was a bit hesitant to order from this company
But in the end i decided to risk it as it was the cheapest i could find the insulation i needed.
I received an email with a confirmation date very quickly and it informed me the size of the truck delivering so i could if needed let them know if it was to big
Within a few days of the order it was delivered
The driver parked the lorry at the bottom of my grove as it would of been awkward to drive up
Knocked on my door to let me know he was there and ask where i wanted it
And promptly bought up the pallet of insulation on a forklift.
The driver was very professional and overall it was a good experience from insulation 4 less
