I have been waiting weeks for this Christmas order, still not here, and I have to still ship these gifts.

lights stopped working, we live in AZ, so there is no rain, I got this for the Friday "freeze dance" for my 4 year old... now he is totally unhappy,,,, man I am mad

I have not received the product ordered Nov 18 that was shipped Nov 28. No tracking information. Emailed twice with no response.

I cancelled My initial attempt to place an order. During the check out phase, you rejected my credit card. A few days later because i really wanted the items in my basket, i used a different card and hopefully my order will arrive in a few days.

Ordering was fine. The only reason I gave four stars was because I couldn’t find anywhere the delivery time. I need this item by Christmas but couldn’t tell if I’ll get it by then.

Scam Company! Worth zero stars! Never received 1 of 2 packages, so tracking "pending, no info from shipper" and this was ordered in Sept. I have contacted them 4 times, they've never responded. The pkg I did receive: the Wireless Handheld Car Vacuum ($38+ Shipping) only works for one minute even after fully charged; the Foot Massager ($30+ Shipping) turns off after one minute even after fully charged.
No response to my emails. They're a rip-off Company. Wished I would have checked them out before ordering.

The cat ornaments were nothing like the pictures. The orage cats were white with yellow stripes. The Torties were black with orange stripes. The pictures were deceptive.

You never sent my original order, so I had to order it again. I need it tomorrow!!

Very simple to order and great company with amazing products

It has now been 28 days and still no product. When I contacted them (3 days later) they stated to check the tracking (in Chinese) Asked for it in English and (3 days later again) they gave it to me but my item has not moved in 9 days.

BEWARE! SCAM!!! QUICK TO TAKE YOUR MONEY BUT NO REFUND. THE TELEPHONE NUMBER ON THE SITES DOES NOT WORK!! YOU WILL NOT GET ANY EMAIL BACK IN RESPONSE TO YOUR EMAILS.
I bought their car vacuum. Fake advertising. It could hardly pickup dust. $49. I'm contacting my bank for refund. BTW. YOU WILL NOY RECEIVE YOUR PACKAGE BEFORE THE 30 GUARANTEE...IF EVER!!!

Ordered a computer stand, paid for a computer stand, received a tablet stand. No response to my e-mail to send me the correct item. I will never do business with this company again!

Totally dissatisfied. Not at all true to their sizes. Purchased a 4 yr. old toddler size shoe and they sent me a shoe that looks like a 6mo. baby can wear. The order came from China. Buyers beware

Not even a month of use and they look like the old shoes you don’t wanna were. Terrible quality.

Wore the shirt once and realized there was a faint black stain on the front. It’s probably not noticeable to most people but it’s enough where I won’t wear it.

My daughter has had these sneakers for two weeks and they are already falling apart. They were adorable and we were very excited about them, but they didn’t even last a month

I'm taking grandkids pictures on 11/13 and I have no shoes or outfits.
