I ordered the Car Scratch Remover based on the video add on You Tube. It took 5 weeks for the product to be delivered. The instructions written on the bottle were in Japanese. That made it a little hard to understand. Finally, after applying the "magical" product to a minor scratch, nothing happened. The company falsely advertised the product. When I contacted the company the return policy was a joke. Bad experience...

The shirt was way to small and see through and the pants were way to big

Don't order any product from IH if it is urgent. ordered a car paint scratch remover that was advertised on YouTube by IH three weeks ago. However, my order is still in China and all the communication is written in Chinese. I don't know how many more weeks I have to wait. I hope this isn’t a fraud.

This company uses popular product advertisements and sells them at half price. The problem is…. The actual product is the size for a Barbie House. Then you can’t reach them to request a refund unless you paid with PayPal. I could only get 50% back because they use that old cost of shipping. Also it takes forever to receive the product.

Well To be Honest, The horn doesn't at all sound like a TRAIN HORN AT ALL> Just like a regular car Horn. And not like the the video has it sounding. I am very deappionted in it and the video and the company selling it. I wanted a Horn that did sound like a train Horn.If I want a car horn I would had when to aAuto Suppy store a brought one. What do the Company have to say about this. I say False Adverstament. Nice Half Price. But not a Train HornSound.

They are already almost completely worn through and my son has only had them 2 months. He also expected the Lego backing of Lego branded and priced shoes to be compatible with Legos. They are not.

The item SKU:CP22442-X30680 took too long to receive from China, also I am trying to have my money returned since the cover does not fit. I purchased the cover on 1/18/2023 online. I received the cover on 1/6/2024. I attempted to put the cover on 1/7/2024 the seams are ripping out by the mirrors since it is so tight across the windshield of my 2023 Nissan Pathfinder. Buyer Beware! I ordered a "hard to find" item from this website for Christmas 2023. I ordered well in advance on December 8th and it has yet to arrive (December 29th). I have an order # and it's showing "shipped" on the website. It shows a tracking number but no Carrier...I tried all the major Carriers (USPS, UPS, Fedex) but that number doesn't work with them. I contacted the customer service email twice, no response. It looks like from other reviews, getting the orders is hit or miss and stuff is coming from China. So I guess we'll see! Hey Inspired Household, thanks for disappointing a little girl for Christmas because you can't ship your orders in a timely fashion. Will never use you again.

Will never order from here again, especially if need within a month plus time. Though not sure how long item will take since still haven't received. Bad experience with this company and now it's a matter if will receive at all.
