If you buy anything off of instagram or TikTok, it comes from China. They use exceptional marketing tactics with Americans selling the product and the prices are great. I bought something last year in November, I received it in April.

Just buy USA stuff.

Is this even a real company?

Terrible experience. Ordered advent calendars on November 17th. Looking at the tracking they've been from Shanghai to Hong Kong to LA back to Hong Kong and back to LA. We might get them before Christmas. No responses to my requests for refunds, tracking updates. Won't be using them again!

Terrible products and terrible customer service. Ordered some “I want to hear your story” books for me, my wife, and both our parents to do for our son. Every book was riddled with spelling and grammatical errors. Contacted them to get a refund or replacement, could only give me a 50% refund. Do not buy anything from this company, would give them a 0 star rating if I could.

Ordered electric razor, paid, 18 days later, NOTHING!!!!
Took my money, refused to acknowledge me, warning to all, thieves are at work double time!! Watch out everyone. Had to rate with one star, wouldn't have given any of I could! Still waiting......

My two granddaughters each received an American Girl Advent Calendar as a gift from me. So far both calendars are missing several items in date boxes . I have written your support but they say will only refund half back . Today one calendar had 5 empty spaces. This is a terrible product and a huge waste of money.
Sadly I do not recommend this company!

American girl doll advent calendar was a complete counterfeit. It’s 1/4 the size of the real product. The pieces inside were unlabeled and cheap plastic. They say they are Uk based but my tracking showed it shipped from China. So disappointed.

See my email directed at customer service. No expected delivery date noted, no place to leave a gift message, nor indicate that this was a gift. Your website seems sketchy, or poorly designed thus far.

I ordered a product Nov. 14 2024. I checked the tracking number they gave me and it stopped in Hong Kong and that was the last I saw of it. I've tried contacting them, nothing. It's a big scam.

Don't use this site. I wrote below why not to, but for now here is the basic reasons and what to do if you have ordered from here. If you have already ordered from this website, don't worry go dispute the purchase through your bank (its just a few questions and you get your money back).
Some of the main issues, besides the fake reviews, are; they will not deliver anything, they do have a fake package tracking site for SOME packages (not all). They will not send any emails regarding your order, no receipt/order confirmation, no tracking updates, not even an ad. The positive reviews are fake, and you should be able to tell by a simple readthrough of the reviews and the times of the positive and negative reviews being posted. For more information read the bit below, I did not disclose any sensitive information but there is a lot to be said about how fishy this company is. I am reporting the website to government through their proper procedures.

So I got charged twice for items I never got, did a little digging and found out this website is ran out of San Francisco in California, did more digging found it was ran by a shell corporation based in China. They claim to bill you through the UK so you can figure from all the different locations, they are very fishy. On top of that, I looked through their various IP addresses, none of them really lined up to well to be too legal.

I ordered an eye cream that had great reviews, etc. It was a youtube flash advertisement.
So, I thought I would try, MBG.
I finally received the product $19.99+ $5.95. It took almost 3 weeks.
When I finally received the small pkg envelope, no packing slip, nothing to say where it was from on the front and I could barely read it, so faint almost blank.
The email was so badly created, none of the links to the store worked. H, this because it was different site that it took me to, staing that the return address was in China. Really?
Save your money people don't be fooled scammed by these people.
I contacted my bank, and they said that this is happening all the time, more now than ever. Btw, the product did nothing.

They don't give you time to return the product even if it was in the USA. Thats how they're scamming to make a free quick $25.
VERY DISAPPOINTED, SCAM!

I ordered a jacket that was not lined as advertised, very cheap looking and over priced. Not at all like the picture. There’s no phone number to call you and you don’t answer inquiries. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM YOU AGAIN!!!!!

Did not receive my order and reached out to customer support multiple times to no response.

It’s been 2 weeks going to request a refund via PayPal now.

These are cute, but not good quality. There isn’t even tags or labels attached with information about materials or place of origin. Not what I was expecting
