The hair clipper shown in the video advertisement at your website is a Babyliss Pro. I ordered this clipper from your website expecting to receive a Babyliss like the one shown in the video. The hair clipper that I received is a no name brand knock-off and it doesn't cut hair very well, it pulls more than it actually cuts the hair. It causes a lot of pain. You need to remove the video showing the name brand clippers and replace it with a video showing your non-name brand clippers. The clippers that I received are worthless and a waste of my $51.

Your company advertised and promoted a tube of eye tightener cream as Peter Thomas Roth product. It took 48 days to receive it. This cream is a knock off, no where on the label is Thomas Roth printed and it does not work. A little tube for close to $30.00 is a rip off and false advertising. A SCAM. I will have my bank reverse the charge and report you to BBB.

Took 1 month to be delivered, because it came from China. By week 3 I reached out to Paypal about getting a refund they refused to do so. The seller gave me a fake tracking number and Paypal sided with the seller. then 1 week later i got a dirty bag in the mail. Shirts were short to a 2xl. Ended up throwing everything away.
