The products were well documented on the web site. The ordering process was very easy and quick. So far I have received three emails about the status of shipping my chosen product and I only ordered it yesterday morning.

Waiting since Jan now middle of February still nothing. When asked about package they want more money to answer. Biggest SCAM. Just take your money

Don't buy it! It's a scam. They don't answer your emails, and the product is not what you think.

I ordered a bath mat over a month ago and tracking says it was delivered but never was. They don’t show who the carrier is, so no way to contact them. They don’t have a phone number and won’t reply to emails. This company is a fraud!

The size as advertised is deceiving. The product is not as effective as advertised and there is no different compared with any other cleaning product. The shipping takes too long. Too expensive for a poor quality.

Completely ripped off. Emailed company and no resolution. $500 down the drain.
So disappointed.

I never received the product . I trusted in the product in YouTube and I think this is a scam . After you paid you do not get in contact any more and you not getting the product that you ordered . Is sad how people can do that

I placed an order for Christmas gifts for my in-laws well before Christmas with time to spare. Not only were the presents delivered in January, over a month after the order was placed, I've been messaging and emailing for weeks to return the items for a refund seeing that they are no longer needed. They have ignored every single request and pretend not to see them. Also they don't send any tracking information when. You place an order so you may or may not receive your items and there will be no evidence except a charge in your banking records.

Somebody fraudulently purchased using my phone and thankfully went through PayPal because this company despite immediately contacting them as they asked through two different emails decided to ship the product anyway. I have had to file a dispute through paypal. How disappointing in this company.

Ordered 2 end of life planners on December 26th. Haven't heard one word from them about shipping or when the expected delivery date is!

Mildew remover does not work do not waste your money

This calandar suits my feelings exactly. I love it! When my husband saw it, he wanted two of them. I just finished ordering them.

Both animated snowmen displays were simply laser-cut outlines with separate bundle of mini led lights, meant to be attached somehow to the outlines, but NO assembly instructions, nor means of attaching! Complete waste of money!

I am very disappointed. I place a order on November 8, 2024 and have not yet received my order. Order fully paid. NO updates or any type of communication. I have reach out via email which seems the only way to communicate with them but still have not heard anything back. Very disappointed customer. Will never order from the again.

Ordered a few “I want to hear your story” books for Christmas gifts and the print in them is messed up. Multiple questions were printed wrong and don’t make sense.

Scam, advent calendars are not as advertised.

I ordered 2 diy kits..the kits were to come with all you needed to make stained glass projects..woodland animals. I received only the templates nothing else. I have reached out twice to the company and have not gotten any response. These 2 kits were for my daughter for Christmas.

So there were only 2 actual Lego people in the whole calendar. And one was Freddie Mercury, which isnt even a horror character. The rest were flat, clear pieces of plastic with Lego character printed on them. Contacted customer support to see of this was intentional and got ignored. Absolutely a terrible waste of money.

I requested a refund before my item was shipped. I received no communication until I made two attempts to contact them. I received an automated email response in broken English. They claimed it was already shipped. I had to pursue a refund via PayPal.
