Yesterday I applied visa to India as my wife and I had to visit Pune for funeral services for our friend's son on August 24, 2018. Since August 23 is holiday and we have to leave on that day, I asked Ms. Vandana to help expediting the visa issuance.

Ms. Vandana took the trouble to call and helped my secretary with the application process.

She promised that if approved, the visa would be ready in 24 hours. Indeed 24 hours later, this morning we received our visa and we will be able to make the trip tomorrow.

She did not only provide us with good services, she was also very responsive and helpful. We really appreciate of her cooperation and attention and her willingness to help. Never before that I came across such person when applying visa.

It is rare to say the least that you receive a callback let alone personal interaction after a web application. However with the Indian Visa Online service I received two e-mails and calls with very clear instructions and support. What a pleasant surprise. Thank you so much Samiksha.

I received an excellent service and support from Vandana who is on the VISA Processing support team. Mr. Bharat Sharma was wonderful and extremely attentive to my family's needs. We had to acquire 2 expedited e-visas within 48 hours of departure.

Mr. Bharat got the job done with several hours to spare. This company made sure I had the applications properly filled out. They worked with photos taken on my phone. They resized the photos as needed. Mr Bharat personally called me two times to ensure I was taken care of. Though I was getting extremely nervous, and emailed Mr. Bharat to check on the progress, Mr. Bharat took time to respond to my email.

Vandana is a ausim person. Her service is very professional. She understand the urgent need of my situation. Accordingly we got the visa within 36 hours. if not i miss the flight or rebook the flight. it may cost a lot as well as mess up my Varnasi pilgrimage, ultimately i may cancel the trip.God came in the form of Vandana and helped us.
Last time it took 9 days to get the same service.
She is great , very pleasent communication, and took very much care of us. I am really happy and very much satisfied her service.
