Received my visa which is fine however I paid $179.00 when other websites charge $25.00! What a scam! I'm so annoyed that I paid so much. Do not use this website as they are overcharging!!!

It's a scam, Please use the official Indian Government website instead. These guys are not official and have duplicated the indian government website and charge you for nothing , then sell your data.

The Indian centre in Delhi are a bunch of thieves and robbers and have a level of customer service worse than Atila the Hun.

I Tried to apply for a visa on arrival to India over the internet. I filled out the form and attached all the required documents only a few days later to have my application (they took my £64 quid) refused, with some flimsy excuse that the quality of my passport photo was not good enough. I was not allowed to try again nor resend my photos, basically they had taken my money with no opportunity to correct my error.This organisation is a disgrace.

My advice is if you can help it do not use this company as there is a possibility that like gangsters they will take your money and you do not get your visa.

Beware these people are sharks.

Waste of time going to their supposed customer service because all they do is run you round in circles and pass you back to the same people who rejected your application in the first place

There was a confusion regarding our VISAS. When inquiring we were told that our application could not be traced.

Mr. Pushkar went out of his way to help me.

He provides good customer care service and has the patience to deal with elderly people like us.

Our applications for visa have been seamless; very fast since we started filling-out the forms last Friday, April 5 and our visas were granted yesterday, April 8 and today, April 9. The kind of service rendered to us, especially by Ms. ANAMIKA, is super, fabulous, wonderful and excellent. Feedbacks as to status of our applications were very fast and responsive. CONGRATULATIONS!!!!

Set up by to divert you from the easy to use website of the Indian government.

Apply through the indian government website (gov.in) and pay $100 if you have British passport, $80 for most other eligible ones.

Apply through these con artists and you'll fill in exactly the same forms but pay an awful lot more.

I was called by the customer service even before i completed the online form. Bit scary, but good service i suppose.

Ramneet contacted me about the passport & picture documents, he was very helpful. I could even send the documents to him over whatsapp.

I was not completely happy with the actual online process as there were a few technical glitches that I experienced. However I was completely amazed by the awesome service rendered by Riya and she went the extra mile to solve my problem and also went to the extent to fill in the form for me. Ease tell Riya I have a job for her in South Africa.

I could not believe the excellent service I got form Samiksha!! I was such a please to deal with you.
I did my online application, within a couple of minutes, I had a call from Samiksha, ready to assist.

We are elderly people and applied for five visas from Mexico early in September.

Two of us are Argentinian citizens and received the first call inmediately, as well as the acknowledgement of our applications and payments. Visas arrived in about 48 hs, as promised.

However we did face some complications with the three Mexican Citizens visas. I called the helpline, Mr. Ankit answered and asked me to send the information via whatsapp. (We could hardly hear each other !).

From then on procedures delayed beyond normality. A week later, two more visas arrived. One was still missing.

We were anxious, even scared. See, we are family, if one could not travel, the five of us would have stayed home. Of course plane tickets, tours and hotels in India had been already payed for ...

I wrote Ankit every day and he kept helping and comforting us. He personally looked into the details and resolved whatever was blocked. (Some sort of technical issue). Applications were sent Sept 12th. Finally, the last visa arrived Oct 3rd, barely a week before departure !. Ultimately we are ready to begin our dream trip to Magical India !.

Whatever the situation, we could not have done it without Ankit’s guidance, comprehension and constant support. The five of us truly appreciate and thank him very much for his huge help !.

Many organisations claim to have great customer service, but it is very rare to actually experience great customer service. However, that is exactly what Indian visas on line provided for me yesterday. As I was completing the on line form I received a phone call from Sonal asking if my application was urgent (which it was). Sonal clearly explained what I needed to do and when I had completed it she checked that everything was OK before letting me pay the fees. What’s more, Sonal promised I would receive my business eVisa within 24 hours, it actually arrived in my inbox with 17 hours. Outstanding !!

This was very time saving for me as got some few calls immediately from Riya once she saw me trying to post my application online and was very helpful towards making sure all the documents were correctly submitted. Shall definitely suggest anyone to use this service, shall of course have to wait for a few days for visa to arrive and since this is the first time I'm applying in this manner shall see how the print out version works vs having a visa stamped in my passport.

In the past when i have applied for an Indian Visa it was a process that was difficult and painful. I was blown away when i got a proactive call and email from Vandana. Subsequent emails and exchanges were very helpful. My experience has motivated me to visit India more knowing I can get this level of service
