I am very happy with the process of visa application. I have mistakenly selected the e- tourist visa instead of business visa. The team contacted me immediately and we solved all the issues in 15 minutes. Thank you a lot Riya!

The minute I had submitted my application, I received a call from the team on my visa and was kept in the loop on all parts of the process by email.
I dealt largely with Pooja and she was very efficient and helpful.
Perhaps one improvement is that what Pooja confirmed to me wasn't necessarily shared with the rest of the team so any emails I received from them sometimes requested different information yet Pooja came back and clarified any questions or concerns.
Good to know that the application is checked and approved before payment is made.
Recommendation - Could extend the time from 12 hours to 24 hours to make payment so that time zones are factored in.

Last Friday, as the last thing on my to-do list, I went online to request a visa for an upcoming business trip to India.
I had barely submitted the first page of the online form, when I got a call back from Pooja, who then provided me guidance to get swiftly through the online application process. With her guidance I was able to get the application process done in no time. After that we synced up again to confirm that all details required were complete. I paid up my visa fee, and this morning, when I looked at my business e-mail I saw that my Visa was already sitting there to be printed out.
