But regarding the online system, it was said in the website that is 25$ for India visa for Sri Lankan people but i was paid 50$ after lot of conversations. I think this should be a unfair.

this is my first time apply e-visa in any countries. it really worried me which i haven't no any experience to apply e-visa via internet.

Great service and such pleasant experience
Had some hiccups in the application hence some delay in submission but thanks to the wonderful service from the e-Visa helpdesk (The sales execs name is Ankit) i managed to get the evisa approved on time before the travel which is happening in 2 days time. Very prompt in response and definitely giving me pleasant experience . 2 thumbs up!!

Great service
Great service. I almost completed my application and saved it to finish it a little while later, and after a few minutes I got a phone call from Mr. Ramneet, who kindly reminded me finish the application with the images.
I was really surprised to get a phone call from India! But that shows that they are actually taking care of your application almost at the same time as you are sending it through.
I finished the application and payment, and I got another kind mail from Mr. Ramneet.
After some minutes however, I got an email saying that my application was not completed nor the payment was done. I thought it was strange, but I then went ahead and phoned their call center, and an operator picked up the phone right away and reassured me telling me that the application and the payment had been both completed, so I could ignore that email.
Overall great experience.
For those whom you may not know, the E-Visa is a pre-approved Visa, and you will have to show that documentation on one of the selected airports in India which processes the E-Visa and you will get the visa in your passport, there itself in the entry airport in India. Last year I traveled with a group of people, and one of our members got that Visa. She had no trouble whatsoever.
So I think India has come a very long way in progress! The idea of a bureaucratic and slow system is no more!
One of the recent Sages of India, Swami Vivekananda said that in the near future, "India will be so great that it will surpass all Her previous glories". I truly believe this is slowly happening before our eyes.
