Candle was great the ring I got inside was rubbish , all the stones fell out within a month , messaged the company and have been ignored would not recommend as the jewellery I received was cheap and nasty and poorly made

The candles always smell amazing I can’t fault that. But jewellery wise I’m gutted, ordered a few candles and never nice rings. But I can live with that it’s the surprise that I love, however I am gutted that in my recent order that I received the same ring 3 times. Once in a candle and the other two in the same bath wash. Defeats the purpose of buying different ones sadly. I can understand a duplicate but 3 is just gutting.

Jewellery you get are beautiful, but the candle doesn't burn nicely, always going out.

Candles smell nice enough, jewellery that you get (I had a necklace and ring) is very cheap. Don’t buy these if you’re expecting nice costume jewellery. Delivery took 3 weeks! Was suppose to be a birthday present, I put my order in 2 weeks ahead of the time to allow for the making of them but it took longer than they said. Didn’t response to email enquires and then turned up 24 days after I purchased them and completely to late for the birthday.

Order placed on the 29th of November. No communication apart from an automated email. I asked to cancel the order and have still not been given my money back.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Order this on 11/12/23 and heard nothing. No update, not telling me there's a delay, not answering emails, not answering the phone after 10+ phone calls made, impossible to get hold of. Rip off company who fail to provide a service, bother to keep customers informed and still have the cheek to keep your money. I hope this terrible company replys to this because I've disputed it with my bank and they are currently working on a refund. Scumbags.

Placed an order for the 1st of December in time for Christmas presents. It’s now the 19th and not heard one thing from them. Although they have taken the money quick enough. It’s a joke. And will order from here again !

Been nearly a month since I made my order. Asked for a refund as I no longer want the items as it has been to long. I was just sent a generic reply where they clearly hadn’t read my email. I have now started a dispute with my bank. I have been a loyal customer for many years so it is a shame.
I appreciate they are busy but then someone should have seen the number of orders they were getting for Black Friday and either, stopped the promotion after a day, stopped advertising or began advertising longer shipment time frames. None of these things were done. Instead, the business got greedy, and this has unfortunately let a lot of customers down.

I placed my order in time for it to be delivered for Christmas as it was gifts. However, whilst I have had a confirmation number, I have been unable to make contact with Imperial Candles, all I have received is an automated email saying that they will contact me within 72 hours....which they never.
There is no other way of contacting them which I find bizarre.
If I don't receive my order in full by Wednesday 20th December, I will be requesting a full refund.
Not impressed, really poor customer service.

Placed an order December 7th for some Xmas presents and not heard anything since. 18th today so won't hold breath for delivery by Christmas - horrific company, should communicate with customers if orders will be sent out late. Avoid like the plague.

Still waiting for my order over 3 weeks now every time I email I get the same email back this was a Christmas present so will now have to buy something else as can’t see it turning up had no email to say it’s been dispatched I simply want to know where my order is order num 187694

Absolutely shocking company! I ordered on 26th November and I still haven’t received my items. They responded after a week to an email advising dispatch on Monday or Tuesday just gone and nothing (and no further response). They are however still taking orders which is truly disgraceful given that people have/are ordering these as Christmas presents.

Given the amount of comments on their fb page I dread to think how much customer money they are holding on to right now!

I am now very grateful that I paid via PayPal as they clearly have no intention of doing the right thing and refunding customers.

Awful company!! Ordered 27th November, received just lies about the despatch. They never despatch my order as they promised. Had to get PayPal involved and got my money back.
I'm very disappointed as it was a birthday gift. Avoid at any cost!!

I am writing this hoping Imperial Candles will actually respond and just not bother because they've generally had good reviews and feel they don't feel the need to... however I for one will NOT be ordering ever again and I will advise others not to if this isn't resolved... poor show Imperial... this is not how to treat loyal customers. I placed an order on the 30th of November order number 187485.
I spent quite a lot of money ordering 5 items it is now 15 days the only response being an automated email.
I have ordered from Imperial Candles in the past and have never had any issue with delivery before. I also note that quite a few people are also having an issue with their orders who also placed an order on the 30th of November. I need some clarification from Imperial Candles as to what is going on and if they can't fulfil my order to refund me immediately so I can go on to buy other presents for Xmas these items were all for Xmas presents so I'm really annoyed about this..I've also noticed that guaranteed delivery for Xmas ends today the 15th of December so again just another problem on top of no contact sort it out Imperial Candles please respond ASAP. 😞

Ordered on 30 November. Contacted by email on 06 December and have received no response to date. Called the number 3 times and waited three and half minutes each time, before the call was automatically ended. Product has still not arrived.

Ordering 26th Nov it's now 11th Dec and no sign of any delivery .its not even been sent .
I'd say one of the worst for fulfilling the order

Placed an order 30 November for a birthday present this week. Have received nothing other than an order confirmation. I’ve emailed three times with no response and still no idea whether my order will actually ever arrive with me. Terrible customer service and won’t be ordering from this company again. Feel like I’ve lost my money. My advice would be to order from them with extreme caution. Very unhappy customer.

I ordered a candle on November 26th and I understand this order still has not dispatched. If I had known this would take a month to arrive I would not have ordered it. I am leaving to go away for Christmas on the 16th and will not return until the 29th of December. I was hoping to bring the candle with me as a gift. Now not only do I not have a gift but I also have the problem that I won't be home to receive the package. If it even comes in that time. I sadly will not be ordering form this company again.
