Candle smells lovely but I am missing the ring which should have been in there i am very disappointed

Candle greasy when opened, wicks contantly going out, candle kept flooding. Necklace unmarked and cheap looking brass colour. Certainly not worth what the appraisal reported. Wouldn't buy again.

Worst candles ever !
Got one for Christmas and the wicks don’t even burn constantly having to light the wicks every 10 mins ! Candle was all greasy when opening the box very very poor quality! Do NOT waste your money

I order for Try to make someone christmas present but no 🤣 no more order ring was too small and candle off every 15/20 minute I not smells any of this shit candle. I get gold ring what feet only on my small Finder on my heands🤣 never not back for this money still company . Goog luck hope you close soon lauder

Candle smells lovely, but the wrong size ring was in the candle. The ring i received is several sizes too big so its unwearable. I messaged asking to exchange the ring for the size i actually ordered, someone replied stating someone else would be in contact as they dont deal with order issues, and nobody ever replied so im stuck with a ring i cant wear.

1 candle was delivered smashed, 2nd candle had no jewellery in, 3rd one was all melted, the one we lit couldn’t be relit and it was black, waste of money, total scam

Unfortunately candle was lost in post with Evri. Tracking just shows it stuck at a depo. Contacted Evri and it’s between Diamond Empire and Evri to sort it out between them and send me a replacement. Contacted Diamond Empire multiple times with no response so I am left out of pocket with no candle.
Be careful ordering from a business with only the email available and no customer support.
Diamond Empire, if you can help with Evri/replacement/refund I will happily change review.

Such a shame.. Spent over £100on a order, all three candles. One bath bomb and a body wash thing.. smelt amazing BUT thay state on theor website all jewellery is 925 silver. They aren't.. Worn them all all left green marks. All are going copper. Have screen shotss and dates of the website stating it's real. Have tried to contact this company, I've emailed, social medial and leaving reviews and no reply. I bet they reply on this asking me to reply to them. I sent one message via social and they read it and ignore it. Worse company ever.

The Birthday Candle smells absolutley divine! Whether the candle is lit or not you can smell it. However, the bracelet inside was faulty which I found out when it sliced open two fingers when trying to untangle it. The bracelet was intact but had an additional sliver of metal attached to it. Not kidding when they call it a gifting secret weapon! Contacted customer services but have had no response. I recommend the candle but avoid the jewellery. Also remove the label because it melts.

I ordered the product for a birthday it did not arrive in time. I bought the product from another site. When the item arrived it was no longer required Diamond Empire have not provided and means to return the item and have ignored emails requesting for a means to return the item.

Company is brilliant. I made a mess of my order and contacted them, thinking no one will get back in touch and I'd be left with a order I didn't want. They got in touch within a few hours and have sorted my order. Best customer service team I've dealt with for a long time.

5 star for taking my money and paid nearly £10 for next day delivery. Fedex received label/postage details on the 19th....package still hasn't been given to them. When I contacted Diamond Empire the first time regarding when my order will be posted I was told ", dated the 20th, contacted them again on the 21st.....and nothing.
Not happy at all and most certainly won't be basically giving away my money again to them, would 100% avoid.

I have tried reaching out to this company on 4 occasions about my order and they only responded once.

I purchased one of their candles for my mum for Christmas but gave it her early. They state that burn time is 120 hours which is false as my mum burnt her candle for approximately 4 hours over 3 days and it was gone so maybe 12 hours.

When my mum first lit it; the wrapper started to peel off within the first hour or two. It was also extremely hot to the touch. We have other glass candles from different companies that get hot but not so hot that you can't pick them up.

We also had issues with the wicks constantly drowning in the wax and producing black residue.

I contacted them initially via their online form on the website and received no response. I then emailed them and they responded saying we had to trim the wicks to stop them drowning/black residue.

I told them it was too late for that but upon checking with my dad he had been trimming them and it didn't make any difference. I emailed them again saying this and didn't receive a response.

I then left a comment on their Facebook page which they deleted with no response.

The jewellery was lovely as was the scent when we managed to get it to stay lit but this was over shadowed by the constant issues.

I would avoid this company at all costs; no customer service and they don't seem to care.

I decided to buy another candle and try sugar scrubs I'm impressed by the size of the jars so can't wait to see what the jewellery looks like I'm so excited 😆

The candle was presented beautifully and when lit it smelt amazing.

This is the 2nd one I have purchased and the only thing that disappointed me was in both candles I have exactly the same ring.

I can't believe how amazing the bathbombs and candles smell. They made for some of the most relaxing baths I've ever had! ✨ Looking forward to checking some of the other items and smells out! 🌞

I ordered one of the Madagascar Candles for my my girlfriend for a spa evening that we had planned and I cannot get over how great this candle is! It burns for so long and the smell is absolutely heavenly. Truly delicious smelling and awesome candle. Will be getting some more soon!
