I'm still waiting for my order!! All you keep seeing are excuses about black Friday!! I have emailed them 3 times and had 1 reply telling me it will be sent the end of next week! Or even the following week that will be a total of nearly 3 weeks + not 5-7 days!
Avoid at all costs

Terrible customer service, ordered 2 candles 29th Nov, I have recieved no information at all, tried email, messages, only get an automated reply back, tried phoning they cut me of, will not be using them again, now will be trying to get my money back,

I ordered a candle for a Christmas present 9 days ago, can't get any information on tracking, have emailed the company 3 days ago and have not received a reply, I'm beginning to think I have been scammed really disappointed.

No more shipping to Germany. *sigh* thats too bad.
The candles smelled really nice and I liked nearly every jewel I found inside my bath bombs or candles. They were great gifts. I haven't found a replacement yet.

First time I ordered from this company in September I had to chase them for an update on when the order would be sent out as it was past the 2-5 working days posted on their site. I eventually got a reply from them telling me it is 7 working days. However I sent them a screenshot of the confirmation of 2-5 working days dispatch and amazingly I got a dispatch email the following day!

Fast forward to an order in NOVEMBER and I'm once again, left waiting with no updates or communication from this company. They have been very quick to take my £200 though!
I have just went onto the site and clicked on the delivery information and low and behold this page has mysteriously disappeared! Not happy at all. Stay away from this site at all costs. I'd look over it of they were cheap items, but they're far from it. Their valuations are questionable too. I took the ring and necklace to a reputable company for valuation out of curiosity and it was no-where near the £35 and £50 valuation on the website.
It's a shame as the products themselves are lovely scents and last long. however the company is what is letting them down. The lack of custimer service and information is shocking.

I have dated screenshots of the delivery pages and even the returns page that states there was an error and the pages were removed.

Regarding the valuations.... I did not take the items to be valued for a jeweler to buy from me.... they were to be valued for insurance purposes.
This is a reputable valuation where items are not purchased.

I ordered two packs of two candles from them. Over £80 worth and the tracking still said "order placed" over a week later. Emailed them twice, no reply. I have now sent a message of their fb page! Beginning to feel like this company is a scam!

So brought a candle from this company and it was post and packaging £44 pound , no smell that was promised, a Frida Kahlo special edition one, absolutely not worth the money, I use scentsy and they are more expensive but much better than Imperial Candles, don't bother

First time trying these candles and wasn’t let down. Hocus Pocus is super fragrant with hints of marzipan. Came with 2 jewellery surprises (necklace value £40, earrings £20)
Both lovely items.

Had 2 experiences here and although initially negative the customer service resolved everything. Ordered some presents and something for myself the bathbomb I got for myself kinda fell apart and one didn't arrive but they replaced them fast, had mix up with delivery with a candle recently too but they tracked it down easily. I'd say this is a very reliable business to order from in my own experience, I just hope the other bathbomb I bought as gifts don't fall apart.

My first time ordering with them. They had a pop up appear on their website once I had added items to my cart that I could get a free bath bomb and so I added this to my cart.
They were also advertising a 10% discount code for first orders which I added at checkout.
I checked out and my order confirmation shows the free bath bomb was included in my order.
They then did not send me the bath bomb and when I queried this they said it was because I used a discount code.
If a discount code can not be used with the free bath bomb then in my mind, I would not have been able to check out like in every other online store I have ever used.
But I could and they just omitted it from order with no communication until I queried it.
They are now not replying to my emails so the customer service is extremely unprofessional and disappointing.
Very upset as a new customer and can assure you I won't be using them again.
PS the wax melts I ordered have absolutely ZERO smell when burning so don't waste your money

Omg what can I say other than the candle is pretty and the smell is amazing and inside was a lovely ring. I couldn't be happier.
Well done imperial candles

Jewellery is gorgeous! I can not deny that. The look of the candle also gorgeous, however the scent does not seem to fill the room, other brand
Scents fill the whole house. So I was very disappointed with the smell but everything else was lovely

Just received my Halloween Candle. It’s beautiful. This is my 4th candle and I have loved all of them.

I ordered a candle then immediately requested to cancel(an error in ordering, I requested to cancel so I could reorder correctly) received an email from Emily asking to confirm the cancellation, I replied within 5 minutes saying yes please to cancel. A few days later I had an email from Royal Mail saying my parcel would be delivered. I emailed Emily again she said too late to cancel( she obviously didn’t pick up my reply) I was to refuse delivery or return for a refund. My daughter took delivery for me so I asked for a prepaid label to return. No can do, wanted me to pay to return. Back & forth Emily lost her niceness & became condescending speaking to me like a child. If Emily had cancelled as requested & agreed in the 1st place then…..

Unfortunately I won’t be purchasing anymore products from Imperial Candles.
I ordered a Hocus Pocus candle last year, which was a nice scent and even though the ring and earrings that accompanied it were very cheap looking, I let that slide due to the scent of the candle. This year however I tried one of the Dark Opium candles and have been extremely disappointed with the lack of scent. When I wrote to the company asking to have it replaced for a Hocus Pocus I was told (after many message exchanges) to leave the candle upside down for a week to try and get the scent to the top.
This is not a satisfactory resolution and I urge you to think twice before ordering from this company. I usually stick to Jo Malone and wish I’d never bothered with this brand.

I used to buy these candles and bath bombs all thr time loved the jewellery but recently the jewellery has been nothing but tat cheap ugly looking thin rubbish.
It's really not worth the money or fun anymore

Received my order of 2 candles. First time buying these candles and although the delivery time wasn't as stated when I ordered, it was within the 10 days it states on their website (I had to really look for it though as when I ordered it stated 2-5 days). Received a free wax warmer though so that made me happy when I opened my box up. Thank you and i'll probably order again despite the delivery issue as now I know the rough time to expect it (not 2-5 days).

Commande effectuée le 8 août. J'ai envoyé plusieurs mail mi septembre jusqu'à être remboursée car je ne recevais pas mon colis. Finalement, le colis était coincé à la douane . Il finit pas arriver le 25 septembre mais à ma grande surprise, j'ai dû payer 14 euros de frais de douane pour une commande à 46 euros. Heureusement qu'ils m'avaient remboursée sinon j'aurais refusé le colis et de payer les frais supplémentaires . Sinon les savons fouettés sont bien . Par contre , odeur un peu forte . Bijoux vraiment très jolis .

Frustrating customer service to say the least. Ordered a candle with a necklace inside, packaging arrived and stated "burn to reveal your bracelet". Emailed them but as this was a gift for my mum on my wedding day, didn't want to wait 3 days for a response as I only had 10 days until the wedding. Got a response saying that it was definitely a necklace inside, they'd send a new box. Informed them I'd already re-ordered a replacement, sent back the order at my expense. New order arrived, exactly the same issue. So I emailed them to be told "we don't have any other packaging for this item, only packaging that states bracelet", yet they sent out a replacement box for the original order ... saying bracelet still. If they had have responded telling me this originally, it would have saved a lot of my time. After several weeks still no refund so I had to chase this and their response was "it must have been missed" and refunded it. Really awful first experience and has completely put me off any future emails orders. Just disorganised chaos.

I placed an order on the 19th July for £125. I never received my order. Contact them and got an reply of this It looks like there may have been a problem with the order. My colleague advised though that this should be delivered to you early next week. The order still didn't arrive. Contact them again they said they have cancelled the order. Asked me if I would like to go ahead with the order I need to send them an email address which I did said I would receive a payment request with in 48h and again I did not. Contact again and this time they told me that they are sorry that this couldn't be rectified.
