Ordered 7th Nov 2024. Still not even been dispatched, I've messaged customer service who explained delays and offered me money off my next order and yet still nothing. No dispatch email and no candles, When I try to message customer service they just ignore my emails. First time customer here and I'm completely disgusted, can't even request a refund as no one will reply to me.

The candles may be beautiful but are very expensive especially when you don't receive them and customer service doesn't reply.

I’ve had candle previously no problems but orderd a candle on the 17th of November and it’s now 28th November paid for 3-7 working days delivery and still not even recieved any email or anything since so don’t even know if it’s been dispatched for delivery but clearly can’t see me gettin it anytime soon so not happy as you should expect it in the delivery time why are u still taking loads of orders when you can’t even get the ones out that hav already been placed ur gettin bad reviews all because there’s no communication bad customer service n no one recieving there products all anyone gets is automated reply quick enough to take people money but not quick enough to give the item i wish i read the reviews first as I wouldn’t of orderd

Having ordered from here before and been satisfied, I assumed I could trust the same experience again.

I ordered 2 candles on November 12th, paid for delivery 5-7 business days, and here I am on November 28th and these are still not even dispatched.

After reaching out to customer services, Emily was very polite and made her excuses as she should. I was then disappointed to be asked to review Emily on HER customer service. Both of the birthdays I needed these for will have passed tomorrow and I've spent almost £70 on these. What a nightmare result.

I'm sure when this candle arrives it will be lovely, but as I'm still waiting for it to be delivered, 10 days from ordering, just be aware that the 5 to 7 days is the time given for processing the order not the delivery time

I placed a nearly £100 order on 12th November have a received a few emails saying it will be with me soon and thankyou for my patience it’s all made to order blah blah blah same in every single response although website states 3-7 day delivery and it’s still not been dispatched getting very concerned that the items won’t even arrive in time for Christmas at this rate and that is £100 I cannot afford to just chuck down the drain but they are sending me emails to review my items that they haven’t even dispatched yet it’s laughable really very poor communication and service

3-7 working day delivery for £4.99?? Who are you kidding! Ordered 1 candle 3rd Nov, after a few emails with customer services, they did apologise and thank me for my patience and explained they're experiencing production issues which are causing delays. 22nd Nov my order have now eventually dispatched. Yet to recieve the candle so can't comment on this product, but currently with Royal mail so expecting delivery soon. I have ordered before and never had any issues! they are really nice products and the best handmade quality. I’m all for supporting small businesses, although i sympathise with the issues with production. Will I order again? Probably not, 3 weeks for delivery has put me off.

I ordered a candle previously with no problems. I ordered a candle weeks ago on a 5-7 day delivery, that date has came and gone, when I emailed I was told there are delays and it will be with me soon. There is nothing on the site stating delays. That was over a week ago and I’m still yet to receive the candle, this was supposed to be a present for a birthday that has already passed. I will not be recommending this company in the future nor will I be ordering again!!

Ordered 10th November , 5-7 day delivery, 21st November still not arrived. Customer service then replied and said they would be dispatched by the end of the week. So not even posted yet. Not great.

Not yet received my order which was nearly 140pound and I emailed them to get told that basically it may take longer coz everything is hand made so why say with in 3 to 7 working days I have been waiting 12 days for I know a weekend is not classed as a working day but still been waiting around 9days for my order really hope it comes

I ordered on the 26th of October for a birthday gift and shipping says up to 7 working days. The order still hasn’t shipped. I have requested to cancel the order for a full refund and won’t be using this company again. It’s the second time I’ve used them and I’ve had two bad experiences with them. If I don’t get a full refund I will report this company to trading standards.

Update. Now the 25th of November so I’ve now been waiting a month. I asked for a refund a week ago as I’ve missed the birthday that the gift was for. I’m still waiting for a refund so I will be reporting this company to trading standards.

I ordered it on the 19th of last month! Only shipped today! Purchased for Halloween! Absolute joke!

Terrible service really, 3-7 working day delivery for £4.99. 20 days later still not despatched, emailed after 10 days to request update and was told it would be with me within 3 days. 10 days later still not dispatched, no update. It’s a shame really, potentially nice products but won’t be ordering again. I’m all for supporting small businesses however it’s ones like that are the reason people go to Amazon etc. they’re happy to take peoples money but not stick to their promises.

Terrible customer service. Order not received, looks like Royal Mail have lost the parcel but customer services response is sorry we cannot help you on this occasion.

All the candles and the whipped soaps smell amazing.

Got promised 5 days maximum on delivery, a month later and still no product. Can't comment on anything else but by the experience I had they just held on to £40 for a month...

Terrible customer service, I purchased via the tiktok shop and ordered a few candles, one of them came with a damaged label, had bubbles all over it, whilst my messages to them stated that the candle was still useable, I had to remove the label. Its been 18 days now and hasn't been resolved. Even went on the live to see if someone could help and was told to go to customer services, when I replied that I had, I was told impolitely 'can't help you here'. Just terrible, the candles are ok but for the money I was expecting better

Update after they replied, as this order was placed on tiktok i had to go through there and contact you, not your business email hence why you are finding no emails in that inbox please check your tiktok customer services

Absolutely shocking company and costumer service!!
Took 2 weeks to finally despatch the order after numerous emails, only for order to suddenly get lost!
Any communication is now ignored since I am requesting a refund.
Unable to get through to them or to get a refund!!
AVOID!!

I expected my candles to arrive last week but turns out Imperial Candles only send parcels out if you nudge them. They didn't even bother to respond to my email.

I’ve always had a great experience with imperial candles! The candles are amazing quality, they burn evenly and have great scent throw! I won’t go back to any other candle brands now! At last count I think I’ve made around 15 orders in total from this company in the last 12 months. I’ve had jewellery candles, bath bombs, bath dust and the whipped soaps too! On the odd occasion there has been an issue with an order or delivery, the customer service team have dealt with it quickly and satisfactorily. Well done imperial candles…and thank you for all being brilliant at what you do!
