Order confirmation received 29/11/2024. Still waiting for items or even a dispatch notice. Fingers crossed for a Christmas delivery.

I ordered my candle on 29/11 as a Christmas present it still hasnt been dispatched!! So much as i would love to say how lovely it is i cant because i havent received it. When i try to check it just says i will get an email when shipped

I don't know what is going on with these people, l too placed 2 orders one on 19th November and one on 20th November. I have received the order placed on 20th but not the one from 19th. On their website my account shows the order is unfulfilled. I have emailed them twice but am being fobbed off. In the past my orders have arrived within the specified time. As l paid for this using paypal l will take it up with them. I have found they trade as IMPERIAL ESSENCES LIMITED but can't find a contact number as of yet but if l do l will post it here

Received email asking for review despite not having my order. Ordered 28th november, 11 days later still no items or updates. Emailed customer service no response back yet. Supposed to be a birthday gift but that's been and gone now. Disappointing would have expected an email at least if there were problems.

made 2 orders novemeber still not got the orders, yet paid in full. sent 5 emails still no reply from them.. contacted the customer service number it just rings out. 02477180090.

Ordered on 27th November, it said between 3-5 working days, I have still not received my order but have received an email asking to leave a review of the product!?

I ordered expecting it to be here by the time it stated as it's for a birthday present which will now most likely be missed!

I have emailed them and still not heard back.

Very disappointed, will not be ordering again and would not recommend.

All they had to put was a longer expected date of delivery.

Placed an order 10 days ago and still haven’t received my order. Not even had an email to say it’s shipped (which is what was stated in order confirmation). I have emailed customer service and still awaiting reply. No where on website does it state there would be a long shipping period

I've just been sent write a review and did I love my product , that's hard to say as haven't recieved them ordered 26th november still nothing no idea of when I will receive them ,
I bought them as presents which I expected would be 7 days so I could wrap and get to the person but 11 days in nothing

I wouldn't recommend! Awful communication and lack class as a business. Ordered 22nd November for a special occasion and still yet to receive the candle. They tried telling me (after days of waiting for a reply) black Friday when I ordered well before black Friday started. I requested a refund twice to be told basically no. I would steer clear of this company, just a shambles.

I have ordered a candle over 12 days ago, Paid my 4.99 delivery. My tracking has not moved since I received the conformation of my order saying Preparing shipment.I have contacted the company by email and tried on the phone which constantly rings.
You need to sort this out Imperial and be honest with customers. Most people would except the delay if you told them.
I have raised this as an issue with my credit card so I hope they will sort out a refund.

Once again mystery candle arrived and love it, these candles are beautiful and I think the jewellery side of it is a really lovely idea, very pleased with earrings I found... lovely thankyou imperial candles.

Business states delivery between 3-7 days. It's been 3 weeks and still nothing. Customer service poor at replying to my emails and onky telling me they are small business and item will be with me soon. Well don't make false promises if you can't keep them. Definitely won't be buying anything else from them. I asked for my money back already but still not heard anything back. Avoid avoid

I have received an email asking How did we do? Well I can’t answer that question as I have still not received my order! I have had no correspondence that my order is or will be delayed or even if my product will be delivered. The money I have paid has already been taken! The order confirmation states 3 to 7 working days and nothing it’s now been 12 days! I’m sure the products are lovely if and when they arrive, but I’m unable to say. I understand it is a busy time of year but I’m very disappointed in the customer service.

Easy ordering however no update 12 days later still no idea when item being delivered even though payment has come out no delivery and contacted on a number of occasions still waiting for a reply?? Not good

I ordered the Advent Calendar and although it's only day 5, I feel the need to review. I use jelly melts all the time from another amazing company but unfortunately they don't yet do an advent calendar, so when I saw this one I had to try it. My order did take a while to arrive and I was concerned it wouldn't arrive before December 1st, but it luckily did. The calendar looks good and the different jelly melts listed on the back all sound amazing. My problem is getting the jelly melts out of the pots! Out of 5 pots only one came out easily! I have never had this problem with jelly melts from the other amazing company that I usually order from. It's as if there isn't enough setting ingredient used and four days out of five it has been a complete mess just trying to get the jelly melts out of the pots. It leaves product all over the pot and lid, all over my fingers and under my nails and it isn't because of temperature. Like I've already said, I've used jelly melts for years and not once experienced this. Once in the burner and I've cleaned up, it does smell amazing but the fragrance doesn't last as long as the other brand I use. I haven't yet found the jewelry, so can't comment on that, but hopefully that will be a nice surprise and make up for the messy experience so far. Sorry Imperial Candles but I won't be ordering another jelly melts calendar unless the sticky mess is sorted in the future.

Ordered 11 days ago and no word of delivery haven't heard anything except my original thank you for your order email .

I really would love to say lovely things about these candles, but unfortunately I've never received any of them. I've ordered 3 and I haven't even received one, but the money has been taken, but no goods have been shown as I have proof on my CCTV that nothing's being delivered.
And I'm still waiting for the refund.

How ironic that I would get an email from them saying “We would love to hear from you!” because I would love to hear from them too! I have still not received my order even though it has gone past the suggested delivery date. I have still got no reply from customer service when I chased it either. Even if there is a delay I have not been informed about it, there is no communication apart from promotional flyers. The delay is not ideal bearing in mind the order was a gift. Additionally I don’t think it is fair when somebody has paid for an item in advance there is a delay. Not everybody can afford to buy replacement items due to lack of co-operation when somebody has ordered something in good faith.

Although ordering is pretty easy, I have yet to receive my product, all I have received is an e-mail telling me we will notify you when it is being dispatched. 10 days later still waiting.
So far not impressed

Update: still no sign of my order nearly three weeks after ordering and being told it will be with me by now. Can’t remember being treated so badly by any other company ever !!! Imperial candles you’ve lost a customer here and no doubt more with all the bad reviews you’re getting. AVOID

Like many other disgruntled customers, I’ve had a bad experience with imperial candles recently and feel the need to share this with others. Same story in that I placed an order weeks ago and after having queried the delay with their customer service team, have been fobbed off with how busy they are and it should arrive next week. After paying £4.99 for a 3-7 working day delivery, I’m appalled that no offer of a partial refund has been offered with this. In my opinion the company are acting in pure greed-if they are as busy as they say they are, they can turn off orders on their website until they can catch up. But they haven’t and continue to push the Black Friday sale. They clearly do not care about their customers having to wait 3 + weeks, only profits. Please avoid avoid avoid!!!!
