Nearly 3 weeks waiting for an order to be despatched, no sign! Lots of others In same position yet they claim order by 15th for guaranteed xmas delivery..... how? When mine I've been waiting for 3weeks! Order regularly, think I'll move my business else where, as no point having a christmas candle to burn through December when we are nearing the end of the month. Sort it out guys! Deliver your 3-5 working day promise, or review your customer expectations. So angry!

Edit, Emailed a complaint, and low and behold suddenly items were dispatched... Should arrive today. 4 weeks after ordering. Shameful!

Ordered 3 candles on 24th November and like many others it seems have had no luck trying to contact someone to see where my items are!! I can no longer track my order, it's not working but still showing as unfulfilled. Been waiting almost 3 weeks and still no 2nd email to inform items have been dispatched....says 3-7 working days. These are presents foe Xmas and now I'm at a loss, really not happy 😑

I ordered on 30th November on the understanding it can take up to 7 days which was fine I wasn’t needing the item until 18th December. However we are now at 13th December and I’ve heard nothing and no dispatch email. I contacted them and no response. Looking online they are saying to people commenting that it will be delivered by Christmas however this wasn’t made clear when I ordered and still on the website is not clear. Most people exchange gifts prior to Christmas Day so really this isn’t ideal and I wouldn’t have ordered one if I’d of know in advance. Very disappointed that I will now have to buy something else as I can’t imagine it will arrive by 18th December now. I think asking people to review before they have received their orders is going to mean a lot of negative reviews. I understand they are made fresh but just be honest on your website about wait times so people can make a decision if that works for them.

I’ve had an issue with my order. In the past, I’ve spent a lot with this company. However, I’ve had no feedback from them after over three days to resolve the issue. I would avoid this company! No one has bothered to email me back. I’ve emailed a couple of times too.

I love these candles and order every year. But this year has been awful. Placed on 22nd Nov still unfulfilled not even close to being sent out. I understand guarantee in time for Christmas but no good when people they were meant for have been and gone. Queried a refund in case I could get money back in time to buy something else but no response. Beyond disappointed with this year delivery times and getting same message over and over when asking how long it's going to take. Such a shame cause actually love the products

I placed my order on 23rd Nov
Chased on 1st Dec as had heard nothing and they told me on 3rd Dec that it will ‘likely’ ship the next week week.
I replied same day saying that’s far too late (was supposed to be delivery in 5 days) and no good and requested to cancel the order in that case. They didn’t reply.
I sent a further email on 9th Dec and they haven’t replied to that either.
Now it’s been 18 days, still not dispatched or refunded and zero communication.
I’ve had to raise a case with my payment provider. Very bad

Ordered nearly a month ago and after contacting customer services twice I still have no delivery date. Each response is well we are busy and should be with you in couple of days. Why state 5 to 7 days when 5 to 7 weeks is starting to seem unrealistic at this point. I have had plenty of delivery's from small businesses before with great service, so this is a poor excuse.

I ordered a candle on 28th of November status is still saying un fulfilled two emails down and no reply to either email. Very frustrating as not getting any update on my order despite taking the money. Hopefully I will hear something soon so I can change my review to a more satisfied one.

Ordered jewelled candles x2 on 19/11/24 as a gift for my granddaughter. Communication with customer services has been ongoing and very slow to respond. It has now been well over 3 weeks since I first placed my first order and to date there are no reassurances that my order is on its way. Imperial Candles this is NOT the way to run a business.
I was informed yesterday that my order has been sent to production and dispatch managers team. . What have IC been doing for the past 3 weeks? This company is awful so many delay's. From a personal point of view I shall never recommend or use this company again. Beyond belief.

It’s now 7 days after I first sent my review and I have still not received my candles.

I’ve ordered a few candles from this company and they are amazing! However, this time ordering on the 28/11/24 has me disappointed with customer service. I have yet to still receive the candle ordere, no further correspondence after 2 emails from myself questioning about delivery after my email states it will be dispatched 3-7 working days.

Ordered weeks ago still not even dispatched! There are lots of people saying the same. No response from them and no updates or refund. Not an honest company. They are still advertising for more orders when they can't fulfil the ones they have already. I would avoid them.

Don't order from them. Ordered 2 weeks ago no update when item will be delivered have contacted thier customer service 3 days ago no reply. Have taken the money but no product so clearly a scam!!

i placed an order on the 29th of November and like other customer reviews i have not received my order and it hasn’t even been shipped i paid £4.99 for delivery it was a for a birthday present and I’ve now had to buy something else i received an email today asking for a review and here it is it may be a busy time of year but customers are let down when you have poor customer service i have emailed you today

Placed an order 2 weeks ago My order says unfulfilled and tracking won’t work. Tried email twice and no response. Tried calling and no answer. Messaged on facebook and the reply was they have a backlog on emails. I ordered 3 candles for presents They are still advertising on social media and not sending people’s orders. An absolute joke. Then had the cheek to ask me for a review. Would never use this company again.

Awful customer service. Ordered 10 days ago not received order Sent an email asking for dispatch date and all I got back was it will be there by Christmas. Was supposed to be a present I needed for two weeks before Christmas. Sent an email to review before even getting the order. Will not be using the company again. No where on the website does it say goods are made to order rather than being in stock. Lost a customer now

Shocking service

Placed an order on 29th November and as yet not received. Chased up and told they are made to order. Needed to post as Christmas presents. Shouldn’t advertise if stock isn’t available or as per email expected delivery. Currently still not dispatched. Not a great experience. Yet asking for a review before items are received???

Simple to order, yet the waiting time is ridiculous.. to the point they're emailing me asking me to review when I'm still yet to receive anything from them. Money was taken 2 weeks ago. There's really no excuse as half the items were out of stock on the website therefore what I ordered should of been readily available to send out by now .*edit* it's now been 18 days since order, after emailing and contacting on social media pages they are yet to respond. Still no parcel. Still no out for delivery notice. Says delivery is 5-7 days. Not hopeful I'll even get these by xmas

Candles and jewellery are fantastic, unfortunately the slow delivery and lack of customer service (returning emails) unfortunately counteract that. I appreciate they're a small company but customer experience should be paramount.

I've noticed their response to other customers on here mentioning Guaranteed Christmas delivery. I have not seen that anywhere when either placing the order or the confirmation email, I wouldn't have ordered if I had known as I won't be home for Christmas. It's currently 2 weeks since placing the order, how any company thinks this acceptable is beyond me. I have been a customer since Imperial Candles started trading, but I will not be placing any more orders as their customer service has been appalling this time
