My daughter wanted a hrydroflask, i ordered one for her i ordered the 32 oz white one. It came dented and it was bue. I emailed Tammy the owner and she said she needed an order number, I had lost my order number. I emailed her again no reply as of now.

Horrible experience buying from their website. I bought a soft cooler backpack from them directly, and paid $20 for 2 day shipping because i wanted to get the pack in time for a trip I was taking. Well it ended up taking 2 weeks to get to me, and not only that, calling them is a nightmare. You get put on hold minimum 30 minutes. When I spoke to them, they just gave me the runaround, and told me it should be arriving soon. Useless people. So I ended up receiving the pack only to return it, because It came in too late. A month later, still no refund. I called them again, and was put on hold for 20 min this time, and the guy I spoke to sounded embarrassed and told me they will issue me a refund ASAP. If I didn’t call who knows how long it would’ve taken for them to give me my money back. The most incompetent people I have ever dealt with, and the company takes no responsibility for their mistakes. They just blame everything on high order volume, which they’ve been saying for the last two months, hire more people!. If you want a hydroflask product maybe don’t order from them directly, or better yet get a Yeti.

The official Hydro Flask products are great, but...
Be aware of websites using the Hydro Flask name. There are many like hydroflasknederland, hydroflaskfrance, hydroflaskbelgie, ...
They all look super official websites owned by the Hydroflask brand. I bought a bottle from one of them and the product is not what I ordered. The bottle was shipped from China and the quality is not OK.
In an initial reaction the Hydro Flask company confirmes it is not an official Hydro Flask website, but leaves it at that. Waiting for a new stance now...
At least I would want then to take down those website that illegally use their company name in the website URL.
A compensation to a duped customer would be fair also as they are at least partly responsible for my misadventure.

I haven’t experienced customer service like this in forever. Not sure if it’s the whole company or the wonderful representative I spoke to, but the service makes the costly product worth the splurge. I use my flask everyday and had an issue with a part that wasn’t even their fault - and it was taken care is and fixed. Very thankful and happy customer!!

A couple of years ago I bought a Hydro Flask 12 oz Food Thermos Jar to take hot soup and chili's to work. It was great. Then one day I was at work and had a portion of soup from it and I guess I didn't clean off the rim before putting the cap back on. When I went to finish the soup I couldn't get the cap off again. I did everything I knew to do, including letting it sit in hot water (since hot water frequently works at opening stuck on lids), finding a strong man, using rubber jar openers and banging it on the counter. For days I kept periodically trying or having someone else try to open it to no avail. Finally I called Hydro Flask to see if they had any tips or tricks. They didn't, but despite the fact that I couldn't remember where I bought it and that I certainly didn't have the receipt for it anymore, they had me take a picture of it with the words "Not for sale" on it in magic marker. About a week later I received a brand new Hydro Flask Thermos to replace it, without having to send the old one back due to the fact that it still had food in it. Of course, that flask had to be thrown away, since nothing short of something that could tear a car apart was ever going to get that lid off again! But the replacement thermos they sent me is still going strong months later and it joined it's big brothers, a Hydro Flask 32 oz Bottle, a covered Hydro Flask 22 oz Tumbler and the newest addition to my family, the Hydro Flask 10 oz Wine Tumbler. Honestly, I use the covered Wine Tumbler most often for hot tea, since it is the perfect size for smaller hands and is so comfortable to hold.

Worst online buying experience ever from their website. Ordered two Hydro flasks on Nov 23 2018 (Black Friday) for Christmas 2018. One of the items was incorrect and they promised to expedite shipping for a new and correct item. No problem, shipping mistakes happen. Multiple emails and calls later, nothing for weeks and finally months. Christmas 2018 comes and goes. New year 2019, February 2019 comes along and I was done. I filed a chargeback with my credit card company and got my money back. If you look at their Facebook public page, there are tons of similar reviews and Hydro Flask does not bother responding. Never again.

My hydro flask is amazing I got a free one from my friend and it’s the 20 oz one with s/L and it doesn’t keep the ice cold the ice melts when I put a lot in! Its still a amazing water bottle

I have had an insulated stainless steel hydro flask for about two years and unfortunately due to what i believe is bad quality control a small spot has rusted inside the bottom. Unfortunately i no longer live in the US and their Europe contact details do not respond to my inquiry if they can help me with their product which supposedly has lifetime warranty.
Thank you for your business, i will be buying from elsewhere from now on.

So, I have had both a Yeti, and a Hydro Flask, and I will say that My Hydro Flask is amazing, and Does not spill, and maintains Ice for 8+ hours! I have the 32 oz Wide Mouth w/ Straw Lid! If I had to choose which one to buy again, I would choose the Hydro Flask even though it is not as popular as the Yeti!
