I order my hydro flask online and i put my address in and a few days later i get and email saying that my order shipped but my address is incorrect so i cant even change it online. My address was incorrect by one number and i cant even change it. Its horrible and there shipping service is with fed ex with sucks. I called fed ex to see if i can change the address with them but i have to change it with hydro flask first. I cant call until monday and i tried emailing hydro flask and the email didnt go through at all and there website is so so horrible and not helpful whatsoever.

I ordered a hydro flask for my daughter's birthday. I specifically listed her address on where to ship when I paid. They sent it to me instead of her. I called numerous times, sent numerous emails and received a different answer each time I requested an address label for me to send it to my daughter. I think they frustrate you on purpose so they will not be responsible. Extremely poor customer service. I had to pay and ship the product to my daughter at my expense. I'll never order again from Hydro Flask!

Awful, order a hydroflask Feburary 3, and it has still not been shipped but there is a label. Also, I see that it is coming straight from China! What was the point of spending extra money for expedited shipping?!?!

Never received mine. Contacted paypal and they received confirmation of delivery...total crock 50 bucks for nothing.

The worst customer service experience. I ordered the wrong size bottle and had to return it because they don’t do exchange. Fine whatever I paid for postage and mailed back. After 3 weeks I emailed them to inquire about my refund. They couldn't provide information until I provided them with a tracking number THAT PAID FOR. They said they can’t look it up without my tracking number. Thank goodness I had it and provided but left me wondering what if I didn’t have it?? Ummm??? before you send the package back to them they have you write on the returned box a RMA # shouldn't they be able to locate the product without the customer having to provide a tracking number first? WTH is the RMA # for?so after receiving my package it takes them 4 WEEKS to process my refund. For a multimillion dollar company they need a better return system and customer service. I will never order from them again.

I love Hydroflask. Use mine everyday and still in great condition. Good quality and price. I will buy again

I placed an order for Hydroflasks and boots (2) for xmas gifts in mid Dec. Fedex delivery was supposed to be within a few days. As these were xmas gifts, I assumed they had been sent and received by my nieces.

On late 12/27 I received a VERY odd email from Hydroflask. Odd that it was sent to my email account by the "To" was to the recipient of the gift saying "your order has been canceled."

I assumed the gift recipient (because it is now two weeks later) exchanged the hydroflask for a bigger one, a different color, etc.).

NO...they NEVER sent the package and waited TWO weeks and AFTER christmas to tell me the order was CANCELLED.

Literally, thank god it doesn't matter in the grand scheme, worst experience with this vendor. NO apology, NO explaining why the email was sent to me with the RECIPIENTS name as the PURCHASER's.

Sometimes I get worked up so I googled reviews....Maybe I got the short end of the stick...NOPE...standard practice it seems.

So uncool. Goodbye HYDROFLASK

Do not order from the website!! I ordered two Hydro Flask bottles on December 2 for my granddaughters’ Christmas gifts. It is now December 28 and they have not arrived yet. The website said 8-12 days to ship. I did not know they were coming directly from China or I would have bought them locally. When I emailed to find out where they were at, the reply was to have patience as they are experiencing high volume and being affected by climate change? They charged my credit card but I am increasingly doubtful I’ll ever see the merchandise; in the meantime my granddaughters did not get their gifts yet. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
January 3 update- the flasks have arrived. Just be prepared for a long wait if you order from this website.

Good shape but wrong colors. My dad ordered a mint hydro flask for my Christmas present but they sent a lemon yellow one so we called them and they gave us another one, supposedly mint, but it came as a pacific blue. They are both in good shape and we got two for the price of one, but still we didn’t get the color we ordered both times.

I ordered on Nov 28, shipping within 5-7 days.
I emailed them Dec 18, was told would be there by Dec 23, it was in the USA. Never was give a tracking number
Emailed them again Dec 23, I got email back with miss spelled words saying they would check and get back to me and offer to give me a 20% refund.
NEVERTHELESS my granddaughter gift didn't arrive until Dec 26. I had no gift for her on Christmas. She's 14. I will never purchase from them again.
There is no communication they don't get back to you. I'm still waiting from Monday to hear the information

Hydro Flask is the 2019 definition of aesthetics over function.

This bottle looks great, the cap is high quality and the carrying strap is very durable. BUT It absolutely cannot withstand any level of normal wear and tear. I noticed I had a smudge on the bottle and tried to use the soft side of a sponge with water to get it off, resulting in a streak of discoloration on the graphite paint. I dropped the bottle ONCE and It bent the bottom of the bottle at an angle resulting in the bottle not sitting straight on any table.

Do yourself a big favor and get a bottle that doesn't need to be pampered to look good or function properly.

Great service! I ordered a 24oz hydro flask to surprise my cousin and it shipped right before her birthday! It took 7 days to ship and it kept informing me through text where it was and what time it was gonna arrive. Definitely worth it if you want to surprise someone!

I ordered a Hydro Flask in November and it said 8 to 15 days shipping. We have not received it yet or a explanation why it not here. I can’t even find a phone number or even a live chat with them. I would not recommend anyone to order anything from this company.

I really want to differentiate from the product which until it’s insulating failed (after 10 months) was really good and the appalling customer service. When I say appalling, I really mean the worse customer experience that I have ever had - to the extent that it makes RyanAir look good!. Even though my product is in warranty and despite 7 telephone calls, 6 emails and numerous attempts to use their online system for contacting them, I have now given up. The cost of the bottle v the amount of time I have had to put in to trying to resolve what should have been really straightforward just isn’t worth it! So... if you are lucky enough to get a flask that doesn’t fail, they are great. If for any reason you have a problem you will just need to reconcile yourself to absolutely no customer service, support or recourse. What a shame!

I am thoroughly impressed with this company. They make good on their warranty. The process of getting a Hydro Flask replacement was quick and very easy. The woman I talked to was friendly and extremely helpful. Thank you, Hydro Flask! You will always have my business!

We have bought a drinking bottle for our son. Unfortunately it is already leaky with the result of his schoolbooks now are wet.
We bought the yellow kids bottle wide mouth straw lid at a very expensive price at a vacation resort only three Weeks ago. Therefore we can not go back and change it at the store. The problem is, that the little rubber Cork is missing under the straw. I hope that the ltlle plastic thing didnt end Up ind my sons stomach. Had not idea that it could fall out. Therefore very bad design on the straw lids!!
Have complained at the european website - havent heard back yet! :(

I ordered two hydroflasks for gifts and spent the 21.00 to have the order expedited. They did not come, no email, no customer service. When I called the representative didn't care at all, too bad so sad attitude. Said she had to cancel my whole order because one of the bottles was out of stock. Offered me 25% off my next order, but the flasks were off the website anyway. I would never order from the company again. Horrible service.

Very disappointed.....I bought the 12 oz wide mouth for soups and I’ve used it twice and both times my food was luke warm. I even let it set with hot water in it before putting the soup in. Had I not done that it would have probably been room temp. For what they cost I will be taking it back.
