I didn't have a number to call on the website, but just an email. I emailed that my bottle had a skunk, rotten egg smell and they never got back to me. I have purchased several Hydro Flasks in the past and loved them. But, I was really looking on advice on how to fix the problem - I washed with hot water-soap, dishwasher etc. Just horrible customer service.

Hydro flask doing my day so sad, I ordered to my child Isabella 24 oz oat color for next week school, never received, FedEx said label was created but never received item, hydro flask supposed to ship item or at least send to us a message when something is wrong with this order, is sad to see how hydro flask miss and hurt my child feelings.

I ordered a 1 gallon bottle in May. Coming up to July in about a week and still no delivery. Those c🤬nts f🤬ckin scammed me!

I had a hydro flask for years that is all dented and scratched. My daughter purchased a new 40oz hydro flask for me for fathers Day 6-18-23. I was so disappointed with the new Hyrdo flask quality. I filled it with ice at 10am and now its 4pm and I have just water. I have had it in my air-conditioned office. It simply was a waste of money. I tried to leave a review with Hydroflask and there is apparently no mechanism. For quality like this, you can buy them at bargain stores. So do not spend your earn hard money on the new hydro flask it is not worth it.

Customer service is horrifying. Total waste of time. I had a bottle ruin my $2,000 laptop and it has taken 3 months working with their claims team and I still don’t have a replacement bottle. Customer service reps are super rude too. Avoid at all costs.

I don't know how they managed to make such a poorly constructed product. The lids, despite double checking that the lid is meant for the bottle, do not work. They always leak. I somehow lost the bottle cap that comes with the actual bottle when purchasing despite it being screwed on tight. And with the tumblers the lids are never secured and always leak all over my stuff. I have water soaking through everything on my person all of the time despite being cautious and even only filling the cup halfway. It still manages to dump water all over the place despite there being a cap on it. Not a great product. Will never buy from again

I use my flask daily for more than two years. No leaking, although I'd prefer it a bit lighter. Also I feel that the prices are quite steep for what you get, but it does it's job well.

I recently had a terrible experience with Hydro Flask that I will never forget. Their e-commerce website is one of the worst I have ever encountered. Not only is it unfriendly and unresponsive, but it is also extremely frustrating to use.
The first thing that struck me was the incessant nagging about deals and offers. It felt like every time I navigated to a new page, I was bombarded with pop-ups and notifications about the latest deals and discounts. It was incredibly distracting and made it almost impossible to focus on finding what I actually needed.
Even worse, the website itself was slow and unresponsive. Every click or tap seemed to take an eternity to register, and sometimes it would freeze completely, forcing me to restart my browser. It was a nightmare to use, and I found myself getting more and more frustrated by the minute.
To make matters worse, the site's navigation was confusing and counter-intuitive. I had a hard time finding what I was looking for, and when I did finally locate the product I wanted, it was often out of stock or unavailable for purchase. It was incredibly frustrating, and I felt like I was wasting my time trying to use this website.
Overall, I would not recommend Hydro Flask to anyone. Their e-commerce site is unfriendly, unresponsive, and constantly nags you about deals. Save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere.

One of my favorite water bottles i've owned

Like many other reviews here, my experience has been infuriating. I purchased a bottle nearly 5 weeks ago and have yet to receive anything. I’ve contacted customer service four times and have either received some generic response that their system is being “remodeled” or a message saying to email them through a different link entirely. How does this million dollar company not have an online customer service center set up? And for weeks it’s been like this! I even wrote a horrible review of the product online (because they asked me what I thought of it - HA!) and still nothing. If you really really really want a HydroFlask, go out and buy one. It’ll save you the headache. Otherwise, just buy a generic one from Target or Tjmaxx.

Terrible customer service. Won’t do anything without a picture but can’t provide a way to upload as their portal is ‘broken’. Also I think they have been hacked, ever since using links they sent to my ticket I have been bombarded with spam! Don’t use!!

I sent a note to the customer service line letting them know about a leaking hydro flask lid. They immediately sent a reply asking for one more bit of information. Within a week I had a replacement lid. Very pleased with the service I've received!

I ordered one of their widemouth water bottles for my sister for Xmas from them and everything looked great until their web system didn't accept my Apartment number and they shipped the package to a non-existent address.
After emailing them they said to file a claim with fed ex(which got denied, cause they somehow delivered it to a non-existent address) and they would ship it to a fed ex access point. That was two weeks ago and now here we are a week before christmas with no word from Hydro Flask on whether I will be receiving the bottle AT ALL.
I spent 50 bucks on that dumbass bottle just to be robbed by HydroFlask.
I have tried giving them the benefit of the doubt, but they are uncommunicative.

DO NOT pay or waste money on 2 day Fed Ex Shipping. If an order is received after 9am it will be processed the NEXT day and adds an extra day to shipping. This would have been helpful to know or at least list it somewhere like other sites do. Received a RUDE response and bought two of their latest overpriced $56 flasks straight from their site. I am not wasting money on this company again. Deliverance of a message sets the tone and a poor rep for a company.

I ordered a 40oz water bottle from their site only to receive a 32oz. When I sent them proof of their mess up. They told me they could compensate me with a 15$ coupon, which with their pricing, is absolutely nothing. They told me I would not be receiving the product I ordered. It is absolutely ridiculous! I paid for a 40oz, not a 32oz, for a reason. I will not be ordering from them again!

I bought the 40oz light blue hydro flask via Amazon and i notice that i have had more dents and scratches than I had with prior hydro flask and the current small one I have . I think the layer of paint is too thin on the bottle in comparison the the small one I have . I bought it less than 6 months ago and it looks like I have had it for years

I purchased this flask in March 30, 2022 (order#1002872133). I didn't need it at the time so I put it away. I started using it in August and realized this flask is useless. I filled it with ice at 10am and now its 4pm and I have just water. I have had it in my air-conditioned office. Its simply was a waste of money. I tried to leave a review with Hydroflask and there is apparently no mechanism. Unfortunately for me though because I hadn't used it its past the 30-day warrantee period because I have a generic flask I bought at TJ Maxx that will hold my ice for 24 hours easily and it was 25% of what I paid for this thing.

Awful return policy. I requested a warranty send back a while ago due to an insulation issue. I didn't send it immediately because the design available wasn't the one I wanted. But when the design I wanted was restocked, I send my flask back. I asked them to change my choice of replacement and they accepted but they send me a completely different design. I asked them to give me the right flask that I requested but they still want me to pay for my own shipping back to them because they already change the choice of design twice "out of courtesy", even though it was their fault for messing up my replacement order. Whoever was responsible packing the replacement clearly wasn't paying attention. Screw this company.

I liked my hydro flask until the insulation failed 10 months after purchase. I submitted a product replacement form online 2 weeks ago. Received no confirmation letter nor acknowledgment from the company. I then tried emailing them. According to their website, their customer support agent will get back to me within 48 hours. It's been 4 days and I still have not heard from them. Do not offer a lifetime warranty if you don't plan on honoring them. The lack of customer support for products that are listed at a premium price is just not acceptable. I hope people who plan on buying a hydro flask will think twice after they see this review. They are other companies that sell similar products with much better customer service. I really see no reason I should ever buy anything else from Hydro Flask again.

Terrible return policy. No free shipping on returns, even when the item is defective. An order I placed via Hydro Flask website is not eligible for return because for some reason their website does not show the item I bought online at their website. Further, they only give you a measly 30 days to return items. Since they only accept unused items (even when defective) this is pathetic! I will never buy a Hydro Flask item again!
