Gets a lot of bumps and seems not to last long at all

I purchased a flask from them and found it was not holding insulation for the time they advertised it would. I sent them an email and they directed me to fill out a warranty claim. There were directions on the claim to fill it with hot water, wait a few minutes then feel around the outside for any hot spots as this would indicate a compromise in the insulation. I found 2 hot spots on the flask and selected the option to advise them of this. I then receive a email that felt very condescending telling me I can't expect the flask to make the drink colder as if I was stupid. I responded saying my expectation is that it keeps the drink cool for the recommended time which it is not (3 large ice cubes and cold water going room temp in 8 hours) and that if they had read the form they TOLD me to fill out they would see there is a problem. They then asked me for MORE pictures of the cup (already attached 3 to the claim). I received no response to my email after that. Emailed again yesterday. Received a response saying that I could send it back (AT MY OWN COST) and they would replace it but it wouldn't be with the same colour. Unfortunately the colour was what had made my pick this one as this one over the other companies I had looked at. I decided not to go ahead with the claim and I'll just use the cup at home instead of for work as intended. Really disappointed and frustrated with the whole process.

I ordered a product from Hydro Flask for my daughter for Christmas. V expensive. Around €40. Never came. The never answered my follow ups. Now it sems their website is offline. I seem to have been scammed by Hydro Flask

Rust inside flask after 1 week of use- washed each day. Despite using baking soda and vinegar as recommended by company rust returns. To replace under warranty I have to pay postage to return flask. Still waiting for replacement. My cheap supermarket stainless steel flasks have no rust problems. Don't waste your money.

Do not waste ur hard earned money on this very cheap quality n leaks liquids everywhere.

I ordered several days ago, and the order still hasn’t shipped. When I sent an email to ask about the order, the website warned that it would be 7 days before anyone would see the email.

Update: The claim is that one item was “damaged” in shipping. I tried to cancel the rest of the order and was refused. They sent two of the second item - I ordered one - and refunded the payment.

Hydro flask customer service is terrible, They sent me wrong color and a accessory I never ordered and refuse to accept return on it or send me out correct color. She argued that I ordered that color and sleeve in which i did not. Their return policy states that returns within 30 days unused in original packaging. But still she refuses.

I bought a bottle and the first time I used it I had two really deep scratches on it. So deep the coating was completely gone. This bottle cost me €45.. literally nothing touched it as it was on my desk all day. They said on instagram they would replace it but that was the US team and I’m not based there. So I had to contact the UK team and they couldn’t care less. Terrible service for a terrible bottle. Never buying this brand ever again. Who makes something that gets damaged by just looking at it? They might as well sell them without colour coats then.

Tried to get a new lid with your warranty claim service as the flask is only 2 months old, only to be told you don’t deliver to the uk !!! Took the photos you require, wrote my name and date as requested, photos my receipt!!! What more can I do ????

False advertising!!!!
If you look at all of the photos of their bottles, and even in their videos the lid is centered, and not showing the big silver pins that are holding the lid strap on each side of the lid. Your bottle has a clean look when they advertise it, however when you get your bottle and screw on the lid, the silver pins on the lid line up with the front logo on the bottle instead of on the sides of the bottle where they belong and as they advertise on all their photos and videos.

Not worth the money and the sustainability message is rubbish! Hydro flasks are advertised in rugged conditions with the slogan "Refreshment for any adventure". These flasks do not survive in rugged conditions, they dent easily, then split and need to be replaced.

0 STARS. Absolutely disgusting service. Placed an order on November 16th 2023. Order still hasn’t arrived January 7th 2024. Contacted the brand and some lady told me she can’t contact the delivery courier to find my order & she can only offer me 20% refund on something I PAID FULL PRICE + SHIPPING FOR! Considering your brand is a multimillionaire company you would think they would offer a full refund. Or ATLEAST try to figure out where my order was and what was going on. I’ve heard so many good things about your brand which turns out you have to find out the truth on your own and lose your money in the end. I will never EVER be purchasing from this brand. And i will be letting EVERYONE i come into contact with know about this pathetic situation. The price you charge for your bottles should be expected to have some security in receiving your ORDER! FRANK GREEN WOULD NEVER TREAT CUSTOMERS LIKE THIS.

No option for zero stars. Ordered on 12/15/23, now 12/24/23 and still no notification that it has shipped. If you don’t care how long it takes you to get it then this is the company for you. They have offered pre paid return shipping if it arrives late and I no longer want it. They’re losing this sale and paying return shipping. Great business model.

They are slow and lie about when they ship. Ordered a bottle and it didn’t ship until 8days after. When I called they said they will ship it by tonight but instead it was shipped the day after. I needed it before Christmas and I ordered it on the December 14, 2023 and it’s not getting here until December 26, 2023. It was supposed to be 2 day shipping. Lied and will never buy anything from them again.

Well I signed up with them to get a bottle for a Christmas present only to be tole by customer service that the 15% off is not valid. I ordered it and let them know I will not be a returning customer. Be sure to check their codes or fake codes they will text and email you before ordering. They didn't even want to hear what I was explaining by talking over me and when I said they will lose a customer over their own mistake they said ok and I hung up at that point....terrible customer service!

Worst customer service! The package never arrived and I needed it for tomorrow. They lied to me about delivering one just in time and one day before the party they are saying that because of Black Friday warehouse is behind and will only ship on minday. I told them I want a refund, they refused to refund saying it’s a non returnable item ( I don’t have the item nor the money) then when I called them, the lady working there implied I stole the 20$ bottle. Seriously? They insult you and don’t ship your goods but keep the money. Wow

Ordered a personalized 40 oz cup. It finally arrived with the engraving noticeably crooked. Called and requested a refund. Was told to keep the order until a decision was made. In the interim I was asked for pictures, I complied. No communication was forthcoming so I contacted them again. They decided without informing me to send another awful cup and refund only the engraving. I didn't ask for this. I did not want the cup I received nor do I want a replacement. This cup is poorly made, flimsy cheap plastic top and does not remotely compare to the Stanley 40 oz cups I and countless others adore. I ordered this hydro for the color only and its not as pictured. Not at all. Horrific customer service and support, unprofessional and poor products! Do not order as they will not refund you after they acknowledge their mistakes!

Utter rubbish. Bought a food jar to keep soup hot for hours. Didn’t work, just had cold soup.

Best water bottle and also the best best tumbler I have ever found and bought too amazing quality actually keeps things cold and hot for the time it’s advertised very easy to clean and does not mark or dent love all the different types and colours and lids and how easily I can get replacement parts for them both now locally instead of online only which doesn’t work well for me thanks hydro flask
